The staff was rude. The room was dirty and had mold all over it. There was a huge rat trap between the sink and the refrigerator. For a family of four, we had 2 towels and wash rags. The TV didn't work. There was drugs left on the stairs going up to the second floor. We stayed for about 5 hours after checking in before we checked back out due to the smell of the room bothering my asthma. The pictures of the beach chairs and umbrellas were better than what was actually there. They were covered in bird poop. Very dissatisfied with the whole experience for our first time going to Miami

The staff at the location was not accommodating to foreigners with credit cards outside of the US. She was rude to everyone in line and threatened to call 911 on someone who didn't have a US credit card.

Staff behavior No room service at all From room to bathroom and kitchen everything was broken. There was no microwave or any other appliances. The bathroom shower was broken. When asked at the receptionist About the room she said for many years this hotel was closed so now we are starting this again

Staff rude and arrogant and unhelpful in reception. Ceiling light not working. TV did not work. Electrical sockets hanging from wall No bath plug Avoid do not stay here Do not think of even arriving 2 minutes before check in and you will be told rudely to go away Its not really a hotel It is a 1950 style motel with some permanent residents in what are 1950 s style condos that are really dated and need complete refurbishment.

The lady who was checking is in was not at the office despite us putting our arrival time when we reserved we waited an hour and she had the nerve to get mad and say it was only 30 minutes, she then started arguing and was really nasty and couldn’t care less, we left and booked elsewhere. Avoid the headache! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Sadly I ended up packing up late in the evening and moving to a different hotel. Nothing in the room worked, it was really unmodernised, it wasn't dirty exactly but it didn't feel clean. The staff were nowhere to be seen and I felt like my apartment door didn't lock very securely, as a solo traveler I felt unsafe and moved one.

The lady in the office was very unprofessional . The place its acceptable but the management in my opinion its horrible. They charge for ocean view and literally all the rooms are the same, when i asked the office lady about it( she does not have a name tag ), she responded with a very bad attitude. There is no microwave in the rooms , no towels replacement , no wifi, and they charge resort fee !!! very disappointed

I didn't like that it was false advertisement. There was no pool/spa, there wasn't a microwave or stove top in the room. While in the shower the tub filling up instead of draining.The manager wouldn't even at least give me tissue with all the other lies it stated it had. She was very rude an disrespectful instead of trying to help, I'm very disappointed in the four hundred dollars I had to spend because it was my only option due to the other hotel I booked ceiling fell in an the had to cancel my room. WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN even if it was my last option.

Reception who knew we are with baby and gave us room with another man sleeping in it. It was like family number with 2 rooms and a door between them. Also there was one lady - not sure what she does there but she did not allow to go to our room through second part of hotel, she was screaming we can go there (but it had a path to go to the yard), after that we were in line to ask for towels (no towels were given), she did not care about line and stepped right before us. Since then she was staring on us every time she could like we are thieves or something. No one was friendly. Why we paying for sea view room got uncleaned “construction view” room? And then were relocated to pool view room?? I asked those question on reception? I was told, sorry but no sea view rooms are ready. Then why did I pay extra for the sea view room??? No response was given.

Location is the only good thing about this place.
