To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaIt's really a nice hotel/casino - nice restaurants, small casino, linked to rest of the strip via the Monorail (an added bonus) and that's quite a benefit. Nice room and amenities and staffed with very personable staff who serve with a smile.

Australia1. My bed looked amazing but terrible to sleep in. I was in a hollow and almost climbing out my back was broken. 2. Pool music way too loud, no afternoon naps. It just got louder as the day went on . Felt like I was in a club. And not enough umbrellas’s it was 39c too hot to sit in sun all day. The pool closed at 6pm 🤦🏼
It’s a little smaller than the other casinos which is fine. Restaurants were accessible and good nice.

I really liked the property. It reminded me of the old Las Vegas. Glittering, clean, excellent service. Good price, room and bed were comfortable. Marisela at checkin was very helpful securing a specific need. Like the hotel at the end of the Strip. Dinner at The Noodle Den was excellent.

New ZealandCan be some long lines for the elevator especially at 6pm when the pool closes. No big deal though. Although the reception staff were more than happy to help and called security to open the stair door to let a bunch of us use the stairs.
Great property, room was very nice, large, clean, quiet and comfortable. Great facilities, casino etc wasn't overcrowded. Great show at the MJ Live show, highly recommend. Great parking which was free. Fridge in the room that was also free and even free water! A lot of other places charge extra for fridges, water and parking so was awesome it was included. Incredible big tv screen by the pool, was busy but nice to relax. The monorail was also right there attached to the property - recommend buying a cheap day 24 hour pass to get around all the sites.

Reason we booked at this hotel was the fact that it was so close to the Las Vegas Fair ground, but also had the monorail stop to access the rest of the strip.

United States of AmericaWe had to move from first room in Blanca Tower because it was small, old, and misconfigured. The toilet and shower were separate from the sink. The view from the room was the top of the parking deck. We. moved to a different room for an additional $100 in a different tower. Got there, then noticed that the cold water in the sink didn't work. We had to call maintenance. The next day, television didn’t work. Not good.

Also, the Front desk could do a little bit better explaining things like hotel amenities and transportation. Did not realize there was a monorail until our second day.

NetherlandsThe front desk is a disaster, completely understaffed at any moment of the day. The people are doing their best, but after waiting 30 minutes to get checked in that is hard. Really long waits in afternoon and evening. It says enough that they had to implement an airport-type queuing system.... I also wonder about their software system. It takes 10-15 minutes to check somebody in..... how on earth does that work?
