Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaEverything this hotel has to offer is great! Some of the shops, and Starbucks, were a little overpriced, but it is Vegas... LOVED not having to pay for parking. Uno mas is a good spot to visit inside the hotel, especially on Tuesday. Chickie and Peets, I believe it's called, is really good restaurant too. Will be staying again in the years to come. Hotel staff, great interaction. Thank you for making my stay a pleasant one :)

United States of AmericaI did trade out of a king to two fulls to support the demand on the hotel but that wasn't a big deal. The TV stopped working for a few days but I was so busy that I just streamed from my phone and kept my head down. There were a few things left behind from the person before me (in the fridge, behind the couch) and there was no soap in my room upon arrival but the service staff was very fast to get everything cleared out and stocked up.
Stayed 13 days. Wonderful Staff, perfect location for my needs, really loved the restaurant options, particularly Bella, Uno Mas (try the Dole Whip Margarita and the Island Love) and Chickie and Petes (great vegan options!). Lines were long due to the festivals next door BUT the staff was very friendly. They also upped security to ensure safety during the back to back event weekend. Had a fun view of sunrise, the mountains and the Strat! The room design was very unique, it caught me off guard at first but the many full length mirrors made sure I had a 360 view of me before I left.

ItalyUnfortunately my door was impossible to open at the beginning and in almost one hour the staff succeeded in repairing it. It is ok, it can happen but honestly I was expecting a partial reimbursement or something similar to compensate the issue.
The room was really big and beautiful considering the price. Large windows allowed me to appreciate the city lights during the night. The staff was kind and prepared.

The property looked very beautiful inside. We were booked in the Marra suite, one of the upgraded rooms. The room was clean, sheets nice and clean.

AustraliaIt’s a little further up the strip compared to other hotels, so if you don’t want to walk much, it’s not for you.

United States of AmericaWe had a king bed in the Blanca tower. I had previously stayed in the Marra tower and was expecting the same quality. I was disappointed in such a small room with the bed pushed up against the wall.
I loved the price and the location, having the monorail right at the property.

Proximity to the rail line for easy access to the convention center. It’s a big casino but not too big where it’s easy to get lost.

AustraliaRoom was fabulous 26th floor .generous size room and bathroom. Location of hotel at the far end so a little away from the hype around Caesars Palace etc but we preferred that as wasn’t the foot traffic in and out of the hotels that we saw happening crossing over the strip via bridges . We used the monorail to get up to the busy part of the strip . A little confusing getting off at our stop to get us onto Las Vegas Blvd as monorail at back of the strip … at least a block away .. could have just been us but anyways found our way and enjoyed it all . Hotel was great

United States of AmericaThere was an issue with the air conditioning in my room. The technician was very friendly and got it going properly, but it went back to the same issue. The filter looked like it hadn’t been changed in months. After trying to iron, noticed it was not working properly called down to the front desk and a new one was brought up and that iron did not work. I was in room 37133 and noticed some of the wallpaper was peeling off the wall. The sofa If in front of the bed was stained.
I’d like the ambience of the hotel and the ease of getting coffee, breakfast sandwiches, etc.

United KingdomThe location isn’t ideal. It’s basically the last hotel at the north end of the strip, and surrounded by empty lots… not like further down the strip where you’re only on sidewalk for 20 seconds before you’re into the next place- nothing is walkable from here. It’s taxis or the monorail (it does have a monorail stop)
Nice rooms, nice staff, good casino, feels like a classy joint

United KingdomThe reception took absolutely forever to get checked in. There was a huge line and only 2-3 reception staff that took about 10 mins each person to check in. We had to wait over 1 hour in the line before we could get to our rooms. The pillows weren't very comfortable but the bed was. I wished there was a place to hang our jackets by the door - coat hooks? We booked this place for the beautiful pool in the images but then weren't able to use it because it was 21+to get in. That was extremely disappointing and we had to pay a lot of money to go to another pool down the strip.
The room was well designed and very clean. We had a nice view. The hotel lounge areas and restaurants were lovely and there was a great selection. Having a Starbucks down there was really useful on mornings we had to get up early and needed a grab and go lunch and a coffee.
