You have to go down to the office as well and pick it up. That kind of ruins the mood of relaxation and breakfast on your balcony with a view in pj's when you have to get dressed go downstairs into the very small office along with other guest present ... collect your breakfast and navigate it up flights of stairs. For the price of your stay I would expect a little more coordination. Possibly a set time and menu ( with fewer choices and obvious condiments automatically supplied ) for each day of the week would make it easier on staff, food preparation and food quality. Most absolutely important.... delivery of breakfast to the guest's door would put you over 5 stars :)
Unobstructed gorgeous view! Rooms/property are clean, spacious, quiet, comfy and friendly staff. Location is idea within a very short walking distance to Publix and restaurants (there are 3) I definitely suggest Beaches at the opposite end of Vilano Rd on Intracoastal for great food and views! There are as well a couple small shops in the Publix plaza as well.

Right on the sand, every room has a beach view. Lots of happy dogs and people! Excellent staff and help, including a shuttle to downtown. It's an older property, but the rooms are very big and well-maintained, with a small kitchen, excellent bed (right by the big windows looking out on the beach) and yes, again, SUPER helpful, friendly staff. Is it luxury? No, but it is far and above the quality and staffing of most "beach" hotels.

Location is right on the water. Just had to go out to the balcony for the sunrise. Very friendly and helpful staff, large room, amenities, shuttle to historic district.
