Hotel was good not much to complain about.

Didn't do the breakfast, a/c was a little loud but ok. Location was very nice for us. Room was clean, bathroom clean and both large. Nice to have indoor pool.

you could have notified us that motel was under renovation. Replacement furniture and other items were stored in stairwells and out-of-the=way areas. Beds were not made up daily but on every other day. Bath had no exhaust to remove moisture/steam.

Breakfast was below average. There was not the normal variety of food items. Coffee was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rates were reasonable.

the alarm clock didnt work. the pillliows were clumppy, when we pulled out the bed in the couch it had no sheets, stains on mattrise, very dusty.

No breakfast, I don’t consider packaged muffins, couple of packets of oatmeal and some juice breakfast. The outside needs a overhaul. Rooms are outdated including the broken lamps in the rooms. Rooms smelled musty.

Too much Interstate traffic noise, noise was overwhelming. Bed was not comfortable. Shower head controls were all but at the ceiling. Very poor breakfast selection.

Was kind of outdated, pool was nice but very chlorinated. Had to jump the curb to get over to the holiday inn to get to the fields instead of driving all the way around. Didn’t have much breakfast selection.

Very close to the ball fields for state games, very affordable. Room was very cool, beds were pretty comfy.

the worst thing was my flight got delayed and this hotel would not help me they still made me pay for a night when I didn’t stay there. Then the inside pool wasn’t heated and that the hot tub didn’t work and the air in my room wasn’t working. The breakfast wasn’t good either.

The rooms need to be repainted/remodeled. There was damage to the tiles and walls in the bathroom. Breakfast options were minimal. The first room we were placed in faced I-35 and it was so noisy it felt like we were actually on the freeway. Luckily we were able to be moved to a room that was less noisy and Jason was very helpful, working with Booking.com to make that happen. However, due to the freeway noise I would not stay here again.

Jason at the front desk was very personable, helpful, and responsive to our concerns. He is an asset to the company.

bed and bedding was not comfortable. The included breakfast was very lacking and wasn’t worth the difference in price. I choose to pay a little extra in cost for the included breakfast.

Hot tub was out of order.

Juice machine was out of order. Only has ceral and packaged cold sweet rolls for breakfast. Microwave was available to heat the sweet rolls. The coffee was good.
