I had to change the dates of my reservation and sent several messages through Booking, e-mail and Instagram. I got a confused reply by e-mail after trying for days. Also, the stairs can be a problem if you are with heavy luggage. Besides that, nothing else to complain.
Location is just perfect, I don't think any other place can beat the experience of staying right at the Hollywood Blvd. And the rooms are still very quiet! Beds are comfortable, and the place is extremely clean! I loved and would stay there again.

Excellent stay in Hollywood. Close to the metro bus and subway stations. Walking distance to several attractions and a short bus/train/uber ride to others. The room was large and comfortable beds. The shared amenities were clean and easily accessible. Staff on site were friendly and helpful. I felt safe and secure throughout my stay. Included breakfast was an excellent addition to this stay. Highly recommend for couples or singles.

The crowd is very nice. Value for money, it is located in the middle of Hollywood street. Bathrooms were clean. They have pool table to pass your free time. They provide healthy breakfast.

Philippines1 review“It's a no-nonsense functional hostel with generally clean facilities in the middle of Hollywood Blvd.”There was a bad piss like smell on my first day. Looks like they've taken care of it the next say though as it all smelled OK after. Just bad first impression.
It's right in the middle of Hollywood Boulevard action - Dolby Theatre, TCL Chinese Theatre, El Capitan, Ripley's, Guiness, shops and just across the metro station

I was struggling the stairs, and a man walked past me. Upon reaching, this guy was the receptionist! lol. Couldnt even bothered asking for help. -- Talk about letdown - when you startoff disappointed- brace yourself for more disappointment throughout the entire stay.
Good location, metro across the street, free water, steps away from walk of fame.

Kenya17 Reviews1 helpful vote“Great Location”The hostel does get very loud at night as it is located right on the Walk of fame. I usually do not need any earplugs to sleep but here, it was a must. The staff was not very involved with the guests for guidance or tours.
The location could not be better, all the gems of Hollywood are easily accessible. The rooms are clean and the privacy curtains are very appreciated and provide a feeling of privacy. The common bathrooms are also quite clean.
