The excellent, kind and helpful staff members right when I walked in, luggage storage, free coffee/tea, kitchen area, elevator, room was quiet and clean (I stayed towards the back of the building), clean bathroom (old school bathtub/shower combo), location, car parking option.

I like a place, and like a hotel. But one time when I have issue with booking becouse was 00:00 - the staff man was seems under drugs and ask me go out and call to the police. I tell him that I have lived here many times over 30 nights. He started angried and abuse me.

The place is positioned more as a hostel I would say. Thus, it can be a bit noisier and more „easygoing“ when it comes to some things (cleanness, service, breakfast, etc.). Breakfast was very, very light. Don’t expect much, but certainly better than nothing (coffee, cereal).

Location is excellent. Value for money was excellent for our stay, especially considering that parking was included. We got a quite room not facing the street so that we could sleep well (I cannot judge for the other rooms of course).

The lockers could have been a little bigger. The breakfast was very basic and sugary: cereal, oatmilk and yoghurt. That could be improved, but is only a minor complaint. The bed was a little soft for my taste.

The female dorm was very spacious, so it was easy to put big backpacks. The bathroom was very clean. The beds had curtains, reading lights and plugs. The common areas were nice to hang out.

Shower was really weird, sometimes the handle would just turn around and around and wouldn't turn off. Overall definitely one of the better hostels I have stayed in though.

Fantastic breakfast, and great location. I really appreciated that the bunks had curtains around them, bedside lights and a plug. Staff were nice.

For the price range I can't fault it really

It was a great hub, spacious room , fridge nice bathroom. The staff were really accommodating. Good parking if needed. Basic self service breakfast available( yoghurt, oatmeal coffee etc) the neighbourhood was good , excellent public transport and easy walking to waterfront. It was an ideal base for exploring the Bay area.

The elevator needs sone revision, very loud and squeaky, troubling for rooms next to it. Stair access would be nice. Unfortunately everything (cups, cutlery, …) is single use, very economical unfriendly

Good hostel, comfy beds and enough room in the dorms. There’s free breakfast (tea, coffee, cereal & porridge). Location good, rather posh, which is good since there won’t be a lot of homeless/drug addicts. Staff very friendly. Lot‘s of free parking which is great and rare in cities!!

The TV could have more channels but who’s there to watch TV ?. The breakfast was pretty basic oatmeal and cereal but there are plenty of options around the area.

Love the set up of the rooms! The balcony was one of my favorite parts and the cute vintage refrigerator.

Bedroom was very sparsely furnished but had everything needed.

Location was good. A little bit of road noise, as to be expected due to location, but an epic view of the Golden Gate Bridge from the balcony of my room more than made up for this. Property felt safe at all times and luggage storage was offered. Property is within walking distance of Union Street and Chestnut Street for a great selection of coffee, bars and restaurants. Situated on or near a number of bus routes to take you all across the city.

I had a good experience in this great hostel cum hotel. The hostel is located inside the city center and all of the main tourist locations are in the vicinity! They have a cool patio with good seats. Do remember to bring your own lock as there are lockers inside the room. The room was clean. They offer complimentary breakfast which is mainly cereal, coffee, yogurt and a fruit. This hostel is perfect for solo travelers.

All in all the Hostel was great!! Maybe just a bit more healthy alternatives for breakfast but that is NO complaining!!! It is a very good hostel!!!

Plenty of space in the room even in a 6bed dorm! Perfect Location, everything is very close by. 24h front desk and luggage room, great for late departures!

The heater doesn't work as well as it should, causing the room to be quite cold most of the time. The blankets are no longer fluffy, just thin pieces of cloth.

The location is great, as it's in an area with few homeless people, making me feel safe during my stay. The staff members have excellent service minds, and there's parking in the building, which makes it very convenient for luggage moving.

Very small choice of breakfast, lacked things like bread, eggs, and other stuff. Also little bit mold in the shower area on the ceiling, very low pressure in the shower hose.

Really didnt like having to go all the way around once parking in the garage instead of just being able to swipe key to go through door that was in the garage, big inconvience.expected housekeeping to clean room once out for the day but they said they only clean rooms for guest that stayed 4-5 days which is crazy to me.

The breakfast wasnt really anything to call a breakfast as of what you would expect.
