Delicious breakfast. Staff was terrific. Got us in on last notice when we had to leave a hotel we had booked because of horrible cleanliness issues. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. Very clean facility. Will definitely be near top of our list for extended stay. Bit pricey for one night but we had few options.

My shower head Spray was a little to narrow, could not adjust the Spray setting might have been broken. Still had a good shower with plenty of hot water.

Put My 1500 mile trip together in 5 days. After finding Staybridge Suites to stay at, when looking on google maps. I felt Comfortable with a Place to stay when i arrived. Made good travel mileage my first day out and stopped for the night, at a lodge i will not name. Was not happy with anything and had a terrible sleep. woke early and got on the road to my final destination. Travel was good, and half way through my second day driving, called Staybridge Suits while driving. they were helpful and pleasant, said I was possible going to arrive a day early. Did not want to suffer another over night stay at some dive! They had a room available, reserved it for Me no problem. At that point i decided to complete my trip, My 10 hour day turned into a 15 hour drive. I was extremely happy to complete my 1500 mile trip. Staybridge Suits did not disappoint. Friendly Staff, Helpful, Beautiful facility, Clean, room was awesome, Slept well. Felt like You'll went over and above for Me THANKS !!!!!!

I didn't like that some doors keycard locks were broken so they were unusable. The hot tub was broken for several weeks. The key cards in general had to be rekeyed fairly often. The trash cans for extended stay were far too small.

The breakfast was nice, the dinner options was icing on the cake. I liked the pet friendly atmosphere but it was clean. The maid staff were super friendly, kind and honest.

Staff was very nice.. Breakfeast was good, kitchen was nice, the grounds were nice. I really liked the 2 TV'S 1 in each room. Chedders right next door.

Curtains had a bunch of little wholes in them punched with a pin or something?? Couch smell was terrible couldnt even sit on it bathroom very dated needs some major improvements, pool not working I had booked this same hotel on our way back from vacay. I canceled because the couch smell turned me away from coming back.

AC never worked during our entire 2 day stay. Temp stayed at 85 degrees. I was sweating and had massive headaches. I called the front desk. They said they’d check it out. We left for a softball game. Called the hotel to check the status and was told maintainence restarted breakers and that the room was cooling off. Got back to the room about 7pm and room was at 78 degrees. Called back to front desk. Said he would come up and see. He restarted a breaker and it began to cool off. It did, but for only about an hour, then I would manually have to reset the electrical breakers myself. It was very inconvenient and uncomfortable. I did not expect to get heat exhaustion in a hotel room. Employee said he would try to get me a discounted rate for the trouble but that never happened.

Location was fine. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good.

the room was not ready when promised. they made excuses that the rooms were not ready due to cleaning because they were full the night before. you would think they should have prepared for this. the reception guy was extremely rude. the refrigerator in the room kept making a ticking noise all night. horrible stay.
