Breakfast area is under renovation. The food was set up in such a way that bottle necks were unavoidable. Once breakfast service was over it was not possible to even get silverware.

The location was good. Easy walk to most of the downtown area. Access to river walk was very convenient. Room was a good size and a crib was provided.

Last visit there was no charge for parking, this charge will definitely make me reconsider booking here again. Bar was closed for renovations and new carpet was being installed in lobby during our stay. Couple in room 314 had kids that were very loud way into the nights. Price for 4day stay was excessive $1500

I've been staying at this Hotel for about 4 vacation trips now. Breakfast variety is great and staff kept attention to low quantity items. Have always liked the spacious rooms.

The wi-fi was spotty. It was completely out one night, so we weren't able to get any work done. After that, we had to keep reconnecting every 15 minutes or so. The room was clean, but there was hair left over in the bathroom when we got there. I know how hard that is to get though!

I always choose a hotel that has breakfast, and this did not disappoint. I like that the hotel wasn't exceptionally large, and it wasn't a skyscraper. Overall it was quiet. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. One gave us recommendations for places to eat, and the one who checked us out was especially cheerful and helped us leave with a positive feeling.

The hotel was generally clean, but I noticed a considerable amount of someone else's hair in my room. The breakfast offered is generally good, yet the utensils fall short of expectations, with durable metal knives but the rest being of poor-quality plastic.

Overall, everything about the hotel is quite satisfactory.

I didn't like the fact that Google maps leads you in a circle and makes it hard to find the place. I know that the area is under construction but for people who traveling this can become an inconvenience because of how long the traveled to come there. Also there should be details about getting tickets to enter in the hotel . I'm sure a lot of people got their debit cards stuff in the machine thinking they should pay there. Also the breakfast was great but after a couple of years it could be changed up a little sometimes.

I like that the rooms were clean . The house keeping was very nice and took good care of everything we needed.

The hotel was undergoing a remodel and so there was some construction work on our floor as well as the front lobby and breakfast area. When we came back after dinner, we discovered that there was no hot water. We called the front desk and they sent the building manager to check and he mentioned that they had shut down the water for the construction in the area but said that the hot water should be getting warmer and it did. So, we had to wait half an hour or so for the hot water to come up to temperature. We thought that we had to move to another room after we had already settled in. The motion sensor in the separate shower and toilet room did not sense your presence when you were taking a shower and it shut off the lights, so you will be in the dark if you didn't leave the door ajar a little.

We chose this hotel because it was located along the Riverwalk and the parking fee was reasonable. It was a little bit of a walk to the main attractions along the Riverwalk but it was clean and safe walkway. The king room had a nice layout with lots of space. It looked fairly new.

The room could have used another round of vacuuming. There was a lot of debris on the carpet. The single elevator made for longer than normal wait times

The room was brand new and comfortable with a decent view of the parking lot and Tower of the Americas. The bathroom was a bit tight but had a great shower, especially for tall people like me. The hotel also provided great smelling body wash and shampoo/conditioner. The room had a very comfortable bed and large swivel TV.

In any of the websites that I viewed this hotel said that it is under renovation. The noise was not an issue, but the breakfast and dining area was affected by this. Had i known it was under renovation, I wouldn't have reserved it. I also didn't like that our room didn't have a microwave.

They don’t provide free parking not even for people staying with them. $20 per night is too much. I saw cheaper prices hotel so I booked it but parking is too much instead I would have booked another good hotel by including some more money. They gave me room that has no view. I could just see construction woods lying on the lobby roof outside of my window.
