Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

although we were in a non smoking room along with the room next to us the people in the room next door were smoking, so it made our room smell like smoke 24/7 from the time we got there to the time we left.
it was comfortable with good staff.

Didn't much like that after hours there isn't anything convenient for food, ect. Also televisions could use to be updated.
I love the size of the room, there large an have plenty of space. There is no being closterphobic here. Full size kitchenettes.

Very outdated, the drawers, the tables, everything. Shower faucet handle was almost falling off. Had to bring linens to their laundry room and swap out the used and dirty ones. Blanket was old, stained and had human hair on it. Bathtub so old thought it was filthy but it's an old worn out tub. Hair in shower when I arrived. Microwave was also dirty. No seated smoking area, except maybe around the pool area but that's not arranged for smoking just lounging.
5 minutes drive from the airport, lights and all. Spacious room. Decent amount of parking. Full-sized fridge, 2-burner stove (if you bring your own pots and pans), microwave. Laundry room available for personal review. They did allow me to check in early, offered to change my room when I started noticing some things [see below] but I was too tired and lazy to grab everything already unpacked--so they gave me cleaning supplies as I requested.

The bed linens were stained and still had hair stuck to them. the upstairs rooms AC were dripping water so every time we left we had to dodge water puddles and drops. The people in the room behind us I’m guessing were very loud. The sink in the kitchenette made a horrible vibrating sound when you tried to use the hot water. The pool was occupied by loud people playing music, and later we could see from the second story that there was a lot of debris floating around the bottom so we didn’t use it. Ice machine was inaccessible when we checked out, maybe put it near the vending machines so people can use it for early morning departures. When we checked out the front desk was locked so we left our room keys wedged in the door. There was a broken down car in the parking lot that people were sleeping in the entire time we were there.
Great location near the airport. Room was a good size and the AC worked great in our room. The Lady at the front desk when we checked in was really nice. You definitely get what you pay for staying here.

Drawers in the room were broken. One of the burners didn't work so well and the coffee maker in the room was missing.
Close to the airport and great restaurants. The kitchenette was perfect for a home cooked meal.

The room was clean and set up nice. I booked because we're in the process of moving and I needed some place for my daughter and son-in-law and 5 months old grandson I like the fact of the kitchen and full size fridge for the price o got compared to other extended stays.

The WiFi service barely works, our room was NOT mopped, I had to wipe floors down with disinfectant wipes and they were literally black.
There was no available breakfast but the staff was overly friendly and kind.

Could have been cleaner; and the hotel host tried to charge me $25 for wanting to check in early even though the room was ready. Felt like they were trying to get me - of course, I refused the fee and just waited. Also, they need to perform pest control at least once a month since folks actually live there! We saw a roach in our room the day we checked out
Room was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. The room could have had more than one trash can; however, it was a great stay for a very reasonable price.

The studio was muggy and dusly when we arrived. I explained that I'm asthmatic and allergic to dust, to please let housekeeper pass a clean moist cloth on surfaces and mop the floor. The housekeeper only passes a dry cloth, which left everything unchanded. I rented it daily for 5 days, and housekeeping personnel refused to provide clean sheets and towels, even on the FOURTH day.... I got it myself after several trips to the front office. That's because most tenants there are renting for extended stays. But they shouldn't give such hard time to a mom and 10 year old paying $70/daily for a crash & shower spot.
It was close to the airport. And there was a lil gas station shop for basic needs at the corner.
