You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

This hotel is very bad. A lot of homeless living on or around the property. You have to give them a $55 cash only deposit to hold a room. The room smelled like urine.

United States of AmericaBad area, with people in the parking lot begging for money to get a room; It smells like Skid row; Only 1 microwave that's kept outside and dirty; Cockroaches for pet friends in your room; Pet-friendly watch out for dog shit on the floor; Tagging on walls, Uncomfortable bed I could feel the springs; The shower is so tiny and sprays water all over the place; There's construction going on so expect loud banging early in the morning.

United States of AmericaThe sheets smelled like mens BO(body odor)(could not sleep underneath the blankets/sheets. The phone did not work at all(so you cannot call for delivery but advertised on key card), no clock in room, Lightbulb on outside of room flashing all day/night(i think this has been like this for years 5+), could be cleaner towels, no other special accommodations or specialties(no lotion shampoo nothing else besides soap) or anything to request, real basic, but ok if you like the costs more, torn up furniture; outdated. Loud noise outside, from other guests, when i first came in and at times.
plenty of channels on tv, can be not bad for costs or price, but not everytime. still relatively alright if your not expecting high expectations. good for just coming through.
