Could do with more dishwasher and washing machine tabs but not a big deal. Guest book is full and needs replacing :-)

Great location close to stores and restaurants. Check in was easy with keypad door entry and number emailed prior. Plenty of parking near entrance and shopping carts available to take stuff up to room. Check in is on third floor reception to pay for parking (one time $50 charge for three day stay). Plenty of space in condo and everything very clean and well kept. Only two dishwasher and washing machine pods so you might want to bring your own. Dishes and kitchen supplies are plentiful. Master shower was good size with decent water pressure. Beach access is well kept and easy to navigate. Elevators are fast. You can rent good quality deck chair set (two chairs and umbrella) from company that has rep on the beach. There is a sign that tells you pricing and how to book. There were plenty available and cost was okay ( $40 for one day, $70 for two days, $100 for three days and so on). They start at 8 and pack them up at 5. There is a restaurant about ten minute walk on beach that serves fried food and another about fifteen minutes walk the other way that has a bigger menu. Prices are reasonable. There is a huge restaurant complex about twenty minutes away called The Hangout. Loud and busy with tons of staff. Food was okay. I would stay here again. Condo was great and area very safe and clean.

Close to all fun things for kids other than the beach. Close walk to the hangout and gift shops. Very short drive to the pier(could walk if wanted to. Nice pool. Room was clean with provided towels and linens. Shopping’s carts available to carry all you stuff up. Balcony was nice and roomy. Security on site.

Beachfront property. Doesn't get better than that! Also has a wonderful security guard that keeps an eye on the guests and property. This has to be the safest place that we have ever stayed.

Everything is very convenient and each bedroom is private. Beds are very comfortable. Looking forward to staying in this unit again. Location and balcony is great.

A few small things. Toaster didn't work. Some of the tv remotes need batteries. Ice maker.in fridge wasn't working.

Proximity to the beach. Had everything we needed in the condo.

The front door inside look was broken, easy for small children to open and leave. The sliding doors also no lock, and can hear wind whistling through hole where lock was removed

The sofa bed mattress needs to be replaced. I would not consider this an option for anyone to sleep on. The condo best sleeps 6 max. Remotes did not work.

Floors were dirtier than most, and the couch stunk like BUTT Crack.. The living room needs to be updated with new furniture. Don't rent the chairs at the beach. People will sit lots of umbrellas and chairs in front, and you will not have a beach view or be able to watch your kids play in the ocean.

Couldn’t find a broom to clean up some sand we drug in. The thermostat was flashing that the battery was low, but it did not affect the A/C from cooling. Those were just little things, and it did not make me dislike the property. I would definitely stay here again.

it was lean. A/C worked great. Layout was comfortable for our group, even the sofa bed. Booking was easy. Pool was clean and loved the shady areas. Balcony was spacious with a beautiful view.
