Breakfast could be healthier with more fruits and less sugary products. The hotel now charges for parking and it is reality expensive per day at $18. There are lots of places to park and I feel this is a bit of gouging the customer when it is not necessary.

Breakfast room is well situated on first floor with great light. The breakfast is okay. Coffee is good. good selection of yogurts. The location is convenient to the Oakland airport and the sight has good parking if you drive a car. The location over the marina is pleasant.

It was a little old and I noticed stuff that was patched on the walls that weren’t completely done in the room (missing paint) and left unfinished and stuff looked stained (desk, chair, and other reading chair) and dirty.

Use of phones including the one in the room to make a local call when I couldn't use my own. I checked out early because of this I couldn't do a second morning without communication I should have been able to stay there till noon which was my plan

I had Wi-Fi issues with my phone. I could not call out let alone receive had trouble calling my rideshare leaving in the lobby. I'm going to assume it's that little location corner even though I was by the pool which was great but my phone service sucks and so did my daughter is when she came to visit on Monday

The $18 per night parking fee was buried in the fine print, this should have been listed on the amenities page upfront. Neighbors had TV on very loud, but that wasn't the hotels fault.

Easy access, near 2 restaurants within easy walk, friendly staff, nice breakfast included with a wide hours range. Clean facilities and rooms.

Unexpected $15 charge for parking per day. Rooms were small, a little run-down, bathroom smelled like dirty wet mop water and had some hair on the floor.

The balcony decks need to be sealed, but overall, it's a very solid experience.

It provides a really good deal for a no frills motel right on the marina. We can walk the peninsula loop (great views when the sky is clear) from the hotel which includes outdoor exercise equipment (the park is next door). Yes, one pays for parking in their parking lot, but it's modestly priced and understandable. Good takeout food nearby (sushi, Chines American, other Asian American cuisine, tacos, pizza and more). Breakfast is typical continental and well maintained.

NO hot water even after running it for more than 3 min. Had to have maintenance come check it out. I didn't appreciate how the room numbers were off, e.g., room 140 should have been 137 but nope, I had go further around the corner just to get to room 137. I found that odd.

The location was OK, so far from the main road but then it is by the water so, I get that. The front lobby was nice, modern.. The breakfast had good choices especially the nice waffle maker, thank you!

the gym didn’t open up until 9 or 10am. I mean who goes on vacation and waits until 10 am to workout?

the location was amazing. I loved being so close to the naval base and seeing the naval ships and being able to hear the horns for the raising and lowering of the flag.
