I made a reservation for 4 people. I don’t think there should be more than 2-3 people there. It is small with no dining table.

For the price it was fine. The front door has a serious gap in it. There is a hole in the wall that is a pretty good size. I found the smoke detector in a drawer and that was unsettling, many of the sliding door blinds are missing to where others can see in.

The location and the bathroom looks likes it’s been redone and is nice.

The windows were filthy, along with the back patio. The building shows its age. The combination was too long to remember. The pool was never cleaned the entire time we were there. We found three cockroaches, 3 different mornings in the kitchen and bathroom. I had to wear earplugs every night because there is no insulation in the ceiling. I could hear every chair moved, every step, everything that went on up there.

the location was great. The price was right for what is was.

The fly paper hanging from the kitchen ceiling was not a welcome site. The floor is filthy. The dirt is so caked on that the tiles have changed color. There was no water pressure in the shower. Had we put up a camp shower, we would have had better water pressure. There was no hot water in the kitchen to wash dishes. There isn't a light over the sink, so each dish has to be moved into light to make sure they are clean. There is a light out in the bathroom. We had to buy a sheet to cover the sliding glass door so we had privacy. There are several missing blinds on the hanging blinds. The chair is usable, but it is broken. The pool was so dirty that we didn't use it. There wasn't a drain board onto put under the dish rack, so we had to buy one. The ice tub in the freezer was filthy. We had to buy a new one of those, too. The people upstairs don't walk across the room. They stomp across the room. They had to be practicing their Feng Shui they picked up heavy items and then dropped them or scooted them across the floor. They woke us up every day. We felt there needed to be an additional light in the room. The outside light flickers but doesn't emit usable light.

This is a good location, close to the beach, restaurants, cart rental, and ice box. Great air conditioner, and the refrigerator works well. There were ample towels. Fish and boat dock available. Swimming pool and washer and dryer on location by the pool. The bed was fairly comfortable and great wifi.

Blinds were missing from the back door. When we opened the closet there was a pair of men’s underwear in plain sight.

Awesome location for what we had in mind. Loved the pool, washer and dryer available, the fishing dock and being close to the beach. Perfect for our last minute getaway.

We stayed here a week. Lack of comfortable chairs. Small Stools to eat are very uncomfortable for seniors. Had to eat meals off bed and futon with wobbly trays. Need comfortable sofa/chairs. The recliner that is there is too hard to get out of for us. There's no need for a fold out, too small for four people. Just right for two. Broken chair on patio. Slat missing on vertical blind in kitchen.

If you want to spend money to sleep in a busted bed that the property running the place doesn’t fix by the way…. you might wanna try another place. We definitely are.

I don’t have anything to say it was supposed to be a great experience but pictures were deceiving.

We enjoyed the location as it was closely located by the beach and a fishing channel. The unit was extremely clean and well stocked with plenty of towels and kitchen ware. The small sitting area outside the kitchen offers for calm and relaxing atmosphere. Bathroom and kitchen are nice sized and the bed was very comfortable. We will be back here!

neighbors all around very inconsiderate. we were not able to sleep with out being scared of someone trying to open both doors. had to rearrange sleeping to feel safe enough to sleep. fishing dock was taking with fishing poles thrown in every angle of dock. pool was full of sand and very dirty not even able to enjoy that. called to complain about neighbors noise and seemed to get worse every night. overall we will not be booking again
