To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of America*The pool had too much chlorine. My new bathing suit changed colors *My room was across the parking lot, so I had to walk with bags and kids *No one after 6 pm to bring me toilet tissue .The roll that was in the room wasn't a new roll .You would think they would at least store an extra roll in the bathrooms like most hotels. *Very loud noise in the halls *I was told that ppl actually live in this hotel and that welfare pays the property. *Restaurant food was horrible, so we settled for pizza at the check-in *Attendant at the Lazy River (young Caucasian guy) stayed on his phone with headphones in his ear .I asked him a question I was ignored because he couldn't hear me. *Elevator had an old rusted box that snagged my aunts dress, which is dangerous. I felt like I stayed at a Motel 6 and wouldn't stay here at all again *Golf area was closed *Arcade isn't what is pictured

United States of AmericaThat I request that I get a lower level cause my kids get very nervous, and it's sometime hard to calm them when they are afraid of heights, and they keep giving me higher than the 12th floor. Last time they put me on the 19th floor and recently for spring break they had me on the 17th floor. Im always booking with them i should at least gets a lil request and ots approved by them .When I need something lower, like 6 - 12 floor. Floor wasn't clean. But everything else was great no complains just those two

United States of AmericaThe room smelled like cigarettes. We slept with the balcony door open. The facilities too include the pool needed to be cleaned. Also slip mats should be put in the showers. My daughter fail and bruised her knee in the shower.
My daughter loved the multiple indoor pools and it was beachfront

United States of AmericaSome of the Yur was outdated. There was construction on the second floor, and there were materials that were left out. The indoor pool was not available due to a oversight of an employee which caused problems for the guest other than that everything worked out well for both my husband and I.
The property was in the best location for myself and my husband. We did not want to stay in the location of North Myrtle Beach, and this suited us very well. There were lots of restaurants in the area as well as shops. The property was cleaned. There were a lot of new construction being done, but overall the property was really great. I love the fact of the ice cream shop the Bar & Grill, which became a karaoke doing the night.
