The only note is the location. The immediate neighborhood has lovely neighbors and absolutely nothing crazy going on, however the moment you venture out of the immediate area I recommend you keep your head on a swivel.

Honestly, the best property I have ever rented out. We walked in and our jaws were on the floor. Everything was very clean, the kitchen was decked out, and the pool was a great plus. The bang was worth the buck I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay with your significant other or a group of friends. Owner was also lovely and made sure everything was taken care of.

The house is beautiful, kitchen well stocked to make meals, wonderful to have a private pool to get away from the crowds, the backyard nicely landscaped and secluded from the neighbors.

This question is hard to answer, I would say what I didn’t LOVE was the area, BUT the location was perfect- location was close to EVERYTHING, but the area was more on the lower end side BUT no problems at all, VERY quiet, we came and went as we pleased, we felt safe, and would 1000% stay here again and again.

There was nothing about the facility that I didn't like; however, I did miss the opportunity to use the pool due to the heating unit not working. Because the home is bright white, light switch dimmers would be an added touch and easier on the eyes after a long day.

Awesome home. Accommodations were everything we needed, plus what I didn't know I needed! Namely, the smart bed in the master bedroom with sleep number/massager. The outdoors and patio area around the pool was so enviting.

The only thing I didn't like was the blinds in the living room didn't provide enough privacy for me. You could see inside the house when the lights were on.

The tranquility, the house felt peaceful! This was truly a great vacation. The neighborhood was quiet. The house and pool were beautiful! Will definitely be back again!

The property isn’t located in an area where you’d walk around to see what’s in the close vicinity; you 100% need a car / Uber / Lyft to be able to get to beaches, shops, bars, restaurants of Fort Lauderdale. We were at the end of our break where we were more than happy to root ourselves in the property.

The finish to the property is first class, incredible attention to detail. Our Host, Kris, was on hand within hours to sort a minor issue, which turned out to be a user issue rather than a property issue. Furnished beautifully throughout, kitchen fully equipped so you want for nothing.

I liked everything about it

The house was beautiful. Easy to find, in a great neighborhood. We stayed there after a cruise. The pool was nice and we were able to relax before our long trip home. The management was so easy to deal with and everything went smoothly with check in and check out. I highly recommend this home for your family. There were plenty of bedrooms for 6 adults and two children.

It is not an upscale location but no big deal as the places (Miami Gardens, Hardrock Stadium & Casino and beach) we wanted to visit were 10 - 20 mins away and very convenient.

The home was equipped with everything you could possibly need, private pool, beautiful, modern clean home and service was outstanding from start to finish. Coffee machine was replaced in no time upon placing a request to the host.

No toiletries were provided. The owners provided access to the owner's closet in an attempt to remedy this but there were no toiletries except lotion were in the closet. Keurig coffeemaker did not work properly. Living room only had bright overhead lighting with no dimmers. We were only there for a short overnight so didn't use the nice looking pool.

Pleasant property in a good location. Modern and clean. Great kitchen.
