The rooms were recently cleaned, however, you could tell they used dirty mop water. The floors had a black residue that would transfer to feet and shoes.

I wish there was more/different options for breakfast. It was ok.

The parking isn't great and to pay extra to park your second vehicle when you staying is very steep. I was very disappointed with that issue.

PARKING!!!!! Lack of, and the lot is impossible to maneuver even in a smaller vehicle. The anxiety getting in/out of there.....OMG!!!! But there's alot to do within walking distance. Breakfast could use an upgrade also.

The view was fantastic. The location was excellent. The pier was a short walk away. I did not have to drive at all during my stay. This is definitely going to be my go to getaway in the future

We paid a hefty amount for a family suite. It was a nice room but make sure to remember that the entrance to this suite is inside the main office, so no type of view. We went out for a few hours on Friday night and when we got back the office was locked and we had no access until the security guard opened the front door. Not a big deal but something to keep in mind if you book the family suite.

Breakfast was served each morning (cereal,bagels, waffles, coffee, juice and milk). All of the office staff were very friendly and professional. Sandals Inn is located very close to the boardwalk and restaurants. So many things to do within walking distance.

The family room we had was perfect for us location of the hotel was literally right on the beach. The place was clean and decorated nicely

Service between airport and hotel - especially for non-American clients. The breakfast had no healthy options, and eating from paper plates seems very "cheap". The dustbins in the breakfast area, foyer, were extremely filthy and were never cleaned during the whole week of stay. The act of having so much plastic packaging to dispose off and the environmental impact of this was a bitter pill to swallow.

Bedding was very nice and clean. The facility is well placed on the beach, close to conference facilities and the beautiful promenade and surrounding restaurants are excellent.

Parking at motel was full both nights, so parked across the street, after asking the security guard. I didn’t know if across the street was part of the motel, or not.

The property need son updates, specially in the bathrooms. But it has an amazing location. And the staff is amazing.

The Guard/Receptionist at night was very rude and confrontational at check-in. When i told him about his attitude instead of apologizing, his attitude only got worse. No phone service. No TV. But management redeemed themselves by offering me a free night on my next stay. I just won't be checking in at night.

Could be more amenities (like a microwave) and a bigger fridge (very small). Floor carpet when you're full of sand is not the best. Beds could be upgraded, they're kinda hard.

Very clean, very close to the beach and we got a free room upgrade (two double beds to a king bed). Lot of towels for two persons (4 + 2 beach towels). Staff was nice.
