The shower, baseboards, doors, switches were not super clean. It could use some updating when it comes to the building, itself.

Great location and straightforward offer - rooms around a good swimming pool and right on the beach. There is free parking out the front and staff are friendly.

Floors were dirty. No utensils in room/kitchenette but offered them at desk. Housekeeping never checked on us. Pool and sitting area by beach locked at 9:00.

Right on the beach, pool was clean and heated. I would stay again just for the location.

It was an older hotel on the beach. For the price it is what I would expect. Our air vent in the ceiling was dripping water throughout the night down the back of the TV and tv stand. Had a puddle on the floor once we got up.

I will stay at this place next year when I get tickets for a couple of the Rays games then on Monday night go to Hogans hang out we went this past monday night and had a great time.

The toilet was.loose so I had to wedge a shampoo bottle behind it so it wouldn't clunk everytime used. The tub was painted. Rusty door frames, TV was plugged into the outlet for the light switch. Was not cleaned well you could feel the sand on your feet. Sheets were old and no longer white. Tables and night stands were scratched looked as thought the dresser was ripped off the wall and they never reattached it. Pictures not centered. Just an odd room thankfully we were they just to sleep.

I loved that we were rigjt on the ocean, the gal that checked us in was super friendly and helpful. The 2 gentleman not so much.

The nice patio was not open. I was not happy that we had to pay for 15 dollars for my other friends cars to park. We all came from seperate directions and could not ride together.

Went to Sweet Sage Cafe, it was amazing. It was easy to walk around to different places to have fun.

The room had a microwave and refrigerator, both were not completely clean, we cleaned it ourselves. We did not make any complaints to the hotel.

The hotel is facing the sea, so you don't need anything, just leave the hotel and enjoy the beach. Parking is convenient and included. There is no breakfast so they must look for alternative options. The staff is very nice, it is a family atmosphere.

The furniture was drab, worn out way too spread out for the size. Honestly, it was a really depressing place to stay. Also, the bathroom had a lift in the entrance and I kept stubbing my toe. The balcony was worn down and I had to make sure to wear shoes because there was bird poop and the possibility of getting horrible splinters.
