Key code ridiculously long. Had to look it up evert time And it stopped working part wat through our stay. Fortunately manager was there to help let us in.

Beautiful view of the beach. Good for long beachwalks. Close to town. Manager very kind and helpful. Place was clean. Great kitchenette.

The Sandbar did not have an ice machine but the staff happened to have a extra bag of ice in his freezer and offered it to us. The staff guy was very friendly and helpful.

Lack of balcony privacy. There should be a separation between units such as a wall or optional draw shade.

The apt was beautiful, clean and in a perfect location! Just down the road from Provincetown .We watched the sunset and sunrise. We sat in the back by the fire pit and admired the ocean view. We will definitely go back! ❤️

Carpet in unit was filthy. Some of the dishes dirty. No access to laundry facility on site. Difficult to use key pad and handle lifted up on entry door, with combination that would a been a plus to know. Maid service should be available at least once during a week stay. Hook on bathroom door broken.

Took several attempts to enter the code correctly to open the door. By correctly, I mean the right pressure and timing between each number. Very frustrating.

Incredible view of Cape Cod Bay and Provincetown. The bed was comfortable and the place was very clean.

The suite was lovely....only one minor complaint..couldn't find a wine opener..luckily my bottle turned out to be a screwtop! The view was amazing....we were right on the water. there were deck chairs on the sand and a nice table and chairs on the deck. A+

Only two things, first it would’ve been nice to have some oven mitts as we did stay in to cook dinner one night. Secondly, after one shower, which was not very long, the shower ran out of hot water.

It was very clean, everything prior to the arrival was well communicated, and the view pack/location was perfect.

Parking was very easy, and the location was close to town but just far enough out of town that it was quiet and serene. Wi-Fi was great and worked perfect for business. Loved the beach and the view of Provincetown.

The room was very nice, the bed very comfortable, and the second floor balcony view of Provincetown lovely. The bay side beach was great for walking. The property manager was on site and very helpful. Working BBQ and 2 fire pits were nice addition. Plenty of beach chairs. Room was roomy, kitchen very functional, and shower spacious. Everything was as represented online. Would stay here again, except for management company adding on unnecessary expensive fees.

Items left by previous renters, soap dishes left with soap dribbles from previous renters. I left the rental cleaner than I found it, washed the soap dishes and left them turned upside down so staff would notice.

I was surprised by the amount of fees added to the hotel stay. As a single income household, this made it far more money than I intended to spend.

The location is tremendous. Beautiful, comfortable room. Clean, modern bathroom. Loved the deck with table and chairs. The beach chairs were very nice. Room code made access easy. We really enjoyed our stay.
