No hot tub, no working ice machine in the building. Also some of the room sockets didn't work. The coffee maker didn't work.

I paid for a suites and the first room they put me and my family in was not at all like advertised and wayy over priced for 645$! Holes in the wall rooms. Carpet so dirty my son’s feet were black in 5 mins GROSS Mismatched tables and chairs. Hotel stunk in public areas. Not well kept at all. I did pay 25$ more for a different room but it was still just as nasty and unlike what is advertised. At least this one I could move around and had the space we needed! There wasn’t even real blankets on the beds. Our door didn’t shut correctly and the back door was unsafe and stretched when opened and have to be held up to slide close. NOT WORTH THE MONEY for a family vacation. Also we have a 25 dollar deposit for each night and I’m not sure why it was filthy. I also asked the front desk what room the recommend and was told she has no clues she doesn’t go into the rooms! I will be booking at a different hotel our next trip. I also did not like that they were okay with people playing music on the top floor balcony on 100 that was the exact opposite of appropriate for children.

The amenities like the pool and beach access but that’s about it.

Room size small, pool area chairs broken, dirty or torn. Baby pool dirty, bar closes early, rude bartender. Parking was a nightmare. Broken bathroom tub and sink, drains slow.

The rooms definitely some renovations. The drapes had splits and holes in them. The shower was falling apart and security in the rooms needed attention.

Could not get ice had no ice buckets they only started putting things out for the weekend. It’s like they didn’t care about the people through the weekdays. All the staff was nice exceptional, except the lady that checked us in

There was a Fraternity that showed up and they were loud and trashed the beach. Blasting music and smoking and I couldn’t leave my door open to feel the ocean breeze. But that was out of the property’s control. There weren’t enough towels though and my lamp shade had mold on it, but the property did correct it. The booking as said there would be a hot tub, when we arrived we were told there was not it was at the south end location..

friendly staff, and I was able to get into my room earlier as I arrived an hour early. I also was able to get beach front view! And it was a super close walk to the strip I did not have to drive at all once I went to Walmart to get a few necessities I walked the remainder of the trip.

The mattresses are very hard, there was hair all in the bathroom tube. A huge hole in the bathroom door. And the room I looked at was supposed to have a refrigerator at stove there wasn’t one.

The lady at the front desk when I checked in was very nice we talked for about 15 minutes. She was very sweet.

The room was right by the entrance and I heard everybody going in and out all times of the night. I asked for a different room but, I was told there were none available. There were no light bulbs in the lamps and I saw a roach crawling up the wall.

Need better security. People drunk kicking and trying to enter rooms. Loud music and uncontrollable parties after quiet hours. The room had broken things that we had to tighten and readjust. The hotel was expensive compared to services.

I was blanty lied to. I was bringing my son to enjoy his spring break. His favorite thing to do is swim. With the pools being cold, I called the hotel not once but three times to make sure the pool was heated before I booked since it’s my son’s main form of entertainment while at the beach. They told me they had an indoor heated pool. Once I got to the hotel I also asked at the front desk if the pool was heated. They said yes! Lo and behold me and my son headed to the pool and it was freezing. I was super disappointed and upset. Why didn’t they just tell me the truth ? I could have found a heated pool resort. 😒

The room smelled like wet dog. The garbage and dirty linens from other rooms stayed outside of the room overnight and until someone got to it (middle of the next day). The cleanliness of the place could have been done so much better.

The staff was very helpful and nice. And the view was immaculate.
