My biggest complain are the pool access. Once of the main reasons I chose this hotel was because of the large pool they use for marketing on their website and marketing materials. It is called The Grand Pool! As much as I wanted to spend time time at the beach, I was envisioning my children playing in the beautiful pool and us enjoying this amenity. I spent 2 hrs looking for this pool, staff sending me to all directions (it is a big resort) to find out that I AM NOT ALLOWED TO USE IT!!!! I was told by costumer service (I have to text them) that it was a private pool for residents only. I was given a list of pools (again from text costumer service) with a list of pools I could use. Very limited and BORING pools. Apparently you can only use the pool that is attached to the building! So if your pool is small , then you are stock with that pool. I WAS NOT HAPPY ABOUT THIS AT ALL! It made a huge difference in our trip experience since my entire family just wanted to swim! Also the pool we were able to use was crowded and the water water was freezing cold! Please do not market and give costumers false expectations!!!! Also we wanted to rent a good cart to drive around the amenities and we were told that we couldn’t. It all depends if the condo you are renting has a golf cart! This is our first time staying at the hotel and I do feel there a lot of lack of communication. They expect you to know everything the moment you walk in. I feel the associates at checkin should spend more time going over the facility explaining the pool situation, golf cart rentals availability and how to contact costumer service. We were given the wrong wifi information. We spent 3 out of our 5 day stay without wifi. I honestly don’t like texting costumer service. It is convenient but not personal. I needed to talk to someone and even thought there was a phone number for costumer service, the phone rang and rang.

I LOVE our Beachfront condo. It has everything we needed to be confortable. Fully equipped kitchen, enough towels, very comfortable beds. The view from the balcony was espectacular! Every single staff member was friendly and very accommodating.

We stayed in the Condominium on the Bayside left back of the property by the Sunset Cafe. The rooms are old. I had to leave early because my allergies began to bother me from the air quality and the uncleanliness of the carpets. Poor lighting, broken tile in the bathroom.

What I liked most about the resort was the location and amenities. Staying there makes it hard to leave the property.

The fact that housekeeping was nonexistent was annoying. I could barely find anyone to bring in toilet paper other than towels. I understand it was a condo but there should still be these basics.

The room was just average and the furniture was old wood and it was warped. The room had a moldy smell in the room. I requested another room but when I requested at the front desk, they said the property was completely booked. They sent maintenance and housekeeping to refresh the room and they did a good job which made it bearable, however, in my mind there is still a problem but we were only staying for 1 day so I made it worked and enjoyed our stay.

The property is beautiful. They have anything you could think of doing. There are a few amenities that come with the stay which is incredible. You could spend a few days just exploring the property.

I didn't like that I had to go back down to the front desk and get our room changed and wait in a long line. I suggest having a guest service aside from the check in line for those guest that are already checked. I texted about needing to change rooms but was told I had to come back down to the front desk.

When we first checked in we was not happy with bottom floor room, which was right at the patio and we had no privacy therefore I went back down to the front desk and had to wait again in a long line. But they did give us a higher room and it was great and had a great view of the bay. We had a great time and will be back again. Next year plan to bring the whole family with us.

the pool was very nice and it was nice to sit outside at night at the tables and have a snack with my daughter. It was very convenient to have the trams and each driver was very friendly and helpful. The room was also very clean.

They really need to update their appliances. The washers and dryers are on their last leg. We wasted time and money because one of the dryers heat element was out, and just tumbled our clothes around. I don’t think their prices are very fair. While the area is beautiful, I don’t think it was worth the price. Especially seeing as you pay a cleaning fee and have to do most of the pick up yourself. If you go on the weekend, please be aware that the shuttle will more than likely not be available to you. There was a wedding and the shuttle driver ignored everyone else on the property. The driver didn’t even stop to inform the guests that they were only picking up wedding guests. I do believe that they should improve in many areas. All and all it didn’t ruin our family stay but there were some inconveniences. We may just be hotel people instead of a site like this.

We enjoyed how close everything was the our room. The private access to the beach definitely made it much easier to get down there and enjoy the water. Destin, FL is beautiful and the beach was gorgeous. Beds were pretty comfortable and the condo was clean upon arrival. Check in employees were kind.

The air condition did not work but someone came out to fix.it quickly. The water was shut off three times, because of a sensory problem but, was turned back on when I called front desk.

Unfortunately, in our unit, the dryer did ruin a few clothing items and the outlet in the bathroom did not work at all. Which is where the only mirror was. Also, we purchased chairs and an umbrella to enjoy a beach day but were completely blocked off by people coming and setting up directly in front of us…not too far from reach.( We were in the front row that shortly turned in the very back due to people piling up in front of the rented chairs and umbrellas. Literally had a baby tent touching our feet that did not belong to us.) The beach very much seemed and felt like a public beach.

I liked the how clean the property was and the staff were very welcoming.

The property was awesome, the view was great! The room was clean and the bed was extra comfy! The perfect getaway from the city to celebrate our anniversary.
