The staff was really helpful and welcoming. I was a little sick and asked for painkillers, and they had them at hand, which made a difference in my stay. The hotel has a bar next door, which is exceptional and a great bonus to the hotel's location.

The room was so neat and clean. The hotel was quiet. I can not forget to mention the staff! Alicia checked us in and was AMAZING. She was so nice and thoughtful and laid back. The morning staff was extremely nice to me as well.

The staff was amazing. They made everything perfect for me. The room was beautiful. Best sleep I had in a while. 2 eating options on site. The Sharks sports bar had a chicken sandwich that is pure goodness, and I didn't have to wait long for my food.

United States of America22 Reviews“For our overnight stay it was great!!!”I’d say it could use a good deep cleaning. Coffee/tea around was pretty dirty I mean floors and all. Rooms were ok but they too could use a good deep cleaning. Carpets on bottom floor where they allow dogs which we had our baby too were pretty yucky with stains. Our mini schnauzer does not EVER pee inside but I can’t say that for all dogs. We walk our girl regularly.
Everyone was super nice! Sharks club on property was great for dinner and drinks.

There was trash still left in the bathroom trash can, black hair on the bathroom door and dirt in the bathtub. Not a huge deal but easy fixes if more attention to detail is done when cleaning. Also the tv channel selection is not great

It was $15 per person (even my 1.5 yr old...) and the breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast you'd find at other hotels... You had to walk to the attached restaurant where they had tables setup with the buffet style breakfast. Just not what we expected. But overall our stay was excellent.
I loved how clean the suite was and how the stocked the room was with kitchen necessities. The bed was comfortable and I loved how there were 2 TVs in the room. One for the living room did well for the boys to watch sports and the one in the bedroom was great for having a toddler.
