Neighbors had barking dogs but this was a minor issue during the day.

Sandy Cove is a cozy little Inn with well appointed rooms very close to the beach. It’s in a quiet area at the end of the boardwalk. There are at least two restaurants within a couple blocks, a convenience store across the street, and a small golf course that were also within a couple blocks. Staff is friendly and accommodating for me and my dog. The beds wasn’t big for more than one adult but it was very comfortable. The paintings and decor made the place feel special.

The front desk attendant was very helpful and informative on the things and restaurants in the area. The room was clean and was a 1940s themed room, which was neat.

The only thing that was a draw back was the heater didn’t give off quite enough heat….but it was also intermittently snowing and oddly cold that weekend, but there were enough cozy blankets to make up for it

Super great atmosphere. The room was cute and comfortable. The area was well located, in a safe area, walkable to the beach and it was great having the store across the street for snack options. The whole area and establishment was quite, well maintained and staff was nice and helpful.

Took a long time to get hot water to the sink - no biggie. Couldn't find the heat at first - but it's in plain sight and works great! Lol! The bed was very firm, but by the second night we were more used to it :)

Very clean, wonderful location, staff or owners are very friendly, they have towels for your beach going, awesome mugs for sale. Above all, they are very clean and each room is decorated individually - ours was maybe 1040s style - very fun and interesting vintage lamps, mirror, wall decor. We loved it!

Sofa bed needs new mattress

The apartment was very cute super clean not one speck of dust and very comfortable for my kids and I . The only thing I would change the sofa mattress to a more comfortable memory mattress , this one was squeaky with every move my son said . Location was quiet and away from the crowded seaside center

A small microwave would have been helpful.

The location was perfect. We didn't expect a view for the price and there wasn't one but we were just two easy blocks to the beach. We were on the quiet side of town and our Hollywood room was sheik and sweet. Someone definitely put thought into the room decor.... And the room was super clean down to the polished chrome in the bathroom.

Very clean, cute rooms. Front desk was very helpful and welcoming! Less than 5 min walk to the beach and a nice 30 min walk down the promenade to downtown. Also, it's right across the street from a market and a few eating places. Very convenient. Quiet area as well. Would definitely stay here again!

I would have liked to have a hair dryer in the room.

This older property is well-cared for. Our room was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We were in the Monopoly room where the mural was impeccably painted and the furnishings were mid-century modern fun. The Inn is within walking distance of the beach, the Prom, and many restaurants.

It was a bit outdated, which for some is part of the charm. There were actual keys for the doors. Would have been nice to have a couple plastic cups available in the room.

The room was clean, a decent size with comfortable beds. It was fairly quiet and the location was near several restaurants and the beach. I could see this hotel being good for elderly people who aren't as technology savvy and prefer a quieter, and less busy, part of Seaside.
