We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaFun, festive atmosphere, maybe because it was New Year’s Eve. Room was clean, interesting decor and equipped with everything I needed. The location was only a four minute walk from the Rail Yard Arts district, which is super cool. But, it was on a super busy road at a super busy intersection, so not the most beautiful to look at, but the traffic didn’t bother our time in the room, couldn’t hear traffic late at night. So not ideal, but not bad overall either.

United States of AmericaThe bathrooms need to be updated and or replaced the shower leaked and was not very clean, I end up getting athletes foot from using the shower. No laundry bags provide. Trash cans are very small.
Breakfast was good and I love that they are dog friendly, the beds are comfortable and room is clean, they offer three towels, two hand towels, a bath mat, hair dryer, makeup remover wipes, small soap, small shampoo and conditioner with a small lotion. Hair dryer, refrigerator and TV are also provided. Small area to walk your dog and stations to deposit your dogs droppings.

United States of AmericaCould not connect to wifi in room with either Kindle or iPhone. Switches for fan and heat lamp in the bathroom were nonfunctional. Electrical and USB plug on one side of the bed did not work.
Friendly staff, includes breakfast, good value, hourly shuttle to and from central plaza, and clean.

Location was great! Bedding was fabulous. Very spacious room with good amenities.

United States of AmericaThey didnt put salt on the path until the last day. by the entrance to the steps and on sidewalk in front of motel. there was only one thin quilt and 2 sheets. We wore long johns to bed. You could easily hear neighbors dog the last night but not bad enough to ruin sleep.
Motel is within walking distance of downtown and farmers market. Breakfast had a wide variety sure to please most people. seemed to have plenty of parking . Would probably stay again. Depends on if i get my deposit back coffee was good staff fine. kind and upbeat. room was clean and we did have hot water

I stayed at The Safe for a work trip, followed by a fun weekend with my husband. The hotel is in a great location. Plus, the shuttle service was great. The driver was friendly and offered great local suggestions. The pool area didn't look that appealing while we were there. I know it's off season; however, it got my attention.

Unfortunately, we came so I could spend the next night in the hospital. The staff was very helpful to my husband, who was a little upset and having a very hard time finding his way around the city. There was a 6 inch snowfall the day of my surgery, and 4 more that night.
