The apartment needs upgrades. Mattress and pillows were old and worn and should be replaced. Toaster needs replaced. Carpet very stained and needs replaced. Kitchen overhead light needs 2 bulbs replaced. One lamp can only be turn on or off by unplugging, since switch broken. No rack or dresser for suitcase. Only 2 hangers in closet. One window cracked and one missing the screen. Front doorknob should be replaced with lockable one. Door lock could easily be broken into with a kick. Toilet paper dispenser broken and needs replaced. Hot water pressure in shower weak. No coffee filters were available. I donated some for the next tenant. Kitchen needs a skillet and spatula, only had one sauce pan with flaking Teflon. Glad we had two people for check in, it would be hard for one person. Wi-Fi Password provided was missing one letter that I eventually guessed. Disposal wasn't working upon arrival but they fixed it. No dishwasher detergent was provided, but borrowed some from a local.

Location was perfect to where we needed to be. Having a designated parking space was wonderful. There was street noise but neighbors were quiet. Refrigerator, stove, microwave and coffee maker worked. Building felt secure. Nice view from windows. Walking distance to great park with trails up the hill and to downtown Hollywood. Address provided when booking did not match actual, but this was probably a better building. This caused some confusion upon arrival. Room had sugar and a lot of powdered creamer. Plenty of paper towels, toilet paper and shampoo provided.

I’d give 10 points except for the fact that there was an issue with hot water. It would get a little warm for a couple seconds and immediately get cold again. I told the host on our 2nd night and asked her if she could help us with that. She said she would tell maintenance but either they didn’t go or fixed it. I didn’t like that she didn’t follow up with me on this issue and the water was still cold that last night.

Everything was clean. It was well decorated and had a good location.

Took very long to get the details for check in and this created anxiety. Also, the apartment appears to be on booking.com illegally since the leasing office of this apartment doesn’t allow any sublease. The names tenant received a notice that they had not paid rent by the landlord while we were guests (was posted on the door) we immediately messaged the property and they told us to throw the notice in the garbage. Seems unethical

I didn’t like the loud music of the neighbor next door at all hours of the night, same with the traffic sounds from the street because we literally witnessed a fight on the street from our window( one is cracked). I did feel a little cautious about other people around the outside of the building but I also didn’t like how easily the door to the apartment could be forced open( just as a female traveler, I’d buy the hotel door lock since there’s only one lock on this door), the carpet needs a deep clean, there’s many stains. I don’t have a issue with this but someone over 5’5 may, the shower is definitely built for a small petite person so if you’re tall it’s going to be a struggle. Lastly, they really should get the coffee table fixed, if someone( or a child) makes the wrong move the glass will definitely tilt and come down tragically. Sadly no early check in but a early check out time.

The location was great because it was a 10min walk from the Hollywood stars, and interior was very cute. Definitely picture worthy of the view of LA. Sofa was really comfy, bed was pretty okay too. Clean bathroom( many many towels) and kitchen( full amenities, didn’t check if they had pots or pans if one wanted to cook). Friendly yet keep to yourself type residence. Hostess that I communicated with was very nice and informative, I accidentally forgot at 2am I could use a scan-in key to access the outside doors so (I apologize for that I was out drinking🥴) but they gave a friendly reminder of how to access the room but overall zero problems that wouldn’t make me not recommend. I’d stay here again or at the other room in this building.

Place is a studio apartment, and not a loft. There are a lot of decorative items we had to find a spot for when we were there with our kids (4&6) to avoid them breaking something. There is not a lot of space to leave a pair of suitcases..

Good location, great to have secure parking. The place is nice and clean. Kitchen has a good amount of utensils etc. The one minor issue we had was quickly resolved with host.

NO HOT WATER! I informed the owner and apparently they are aware that there is a hot water problem in the building but did not informed us about it. We were there on a cold weekend and it was horrible.

Location is great. Close to Hollywood and 5-9 min ride to West Hollywood. Parking is included without any fee.

NO HOT WATER, EVICTION NOTICE on door on second day. Was not at all like the pictured property. Had Temu knock off “Gucci” bedding that was stained and gross. Carpets looked as if they had never been cleaned. Washer and dryer only barely functional. Dryer would not dry past the “damp” setting. No extra toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, kitchen towels ect. Super noisy street all throughout the night making it impossible to sleep. Temperature is controlled by an “outside source “ so it was frequently over 78 Degrees in the apartment. TV would randomly turn on and off. Host was not responsive to any requests/concerns. Over all a horrible stay.

We did not stay at the property. When we arrived at the property and collected the keys from the secret area we was not able to open the door, it was stuck or jammed. My husband and I tried our best to push it open but it would not. I called the assistant to guide us and while on facetime but it would not open. She advised to wait for her for about 20-25 minutes but my family was very tired and we just needed a place to sleep so I asked to cancel and the assistant said she would let her manager know.

Door did not appear to lock securely, able to shake it when locked. Flashing light in bathroom that glickered constantly. TV was not connected to any "network" so unable to get past first page, no TV. Carpet badly marked. All of these issues have been complained about and highlighted on previous reviews but no resolution yet - looks pretty, but definitely lacking
