Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThe room did smell of cigarette smoke (another room smelled of bleach), and generally, it could have been cleaner and better maintained.
The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. There are microwaves and a stovetop.

United States of AmericaOffice wasn't open consistently, so I was unable to get coffee or to contact staff as needed. Facilities are a bit run down: leaky kitchen faucet, hot water shower knob wasn't attached (though could still be used). Counters could have been a bit cleaner, though I bring disinfectant wipes wherever I go and recommend that everyone do so. Though safe, the location was a bit bizarre - next to a trailer camp, shipyards and freight train loading docks. The room had a cold and sterile atmosphere due to the tile floors and painted cement block and tiled walls, but that was not an issue for me. You will need to bring your own alarm clock. Furniture was very limited (beds, kitchen table, sofa, coffee table, night table - but no desk, no bureau/drawers) though there were closets with shelves for storage. This is not a luxury motel, but it is quite adequate.
Receptionist was extremely personable and helpful. Room was very large, and it was great having a kitchenette (full fridge with freezer, microwave, countertop, rangetop with 2 burners, sink). Fire extinguisher right next to rangetop. Floors were ceramic tile, which is much cleaner than carpeting could ever be. Great value. Though I was initially overcharged, the manager gleefully refunded the difference, no questions asked. WiFi worked excellently. Cable TV had numerous basic channels. There was a pantry closet next to the kitchen area. Plehty of closet space. There were no bugs or rodents even though every room has a kitchenette. Plenty of parking. Though not perfect, I would stay here again.

United States of AmericaFirst let me say that the name of this place is a bit misleading because it says it's an Inn and Suites but in actuality it is an extended stay which we never intended to stay in. The key card didn't work at first, when you walk in it is very dated, to the left was I guess a kitchenette there was a couch and a bed and a tv on the wall. The bedroom had 2 beds with mirrors on the walls as headboards. The bathroom toilet seat was broken and when I told Jamal he said that he couldn't fix it but would deduct from our bill. unbeknownst to him I saw a BRAND NEW toilet seat in the office still in the plastic when we checked in. The light in the bathroom kept flickering so bad to the point that I thank God I don't have epilepsy because it definitely would have caused a seizure. I have video but it won't let me post it, we didn't take our showers in our bare feet, the water pressure was good though. I don't know if they serve breakfast and we left before our checkout time. I do not see us ever returning here again.
The guy who was on duty I think his name was Jamal he was very nice, the statue/fountain in the middle of the property was really nice and it gave it somewhat of an elegant feel. So after seeing this I was excited to see what our room was going to look like. The price was ok for a one night stay, location was about 10 minutes from downtown Savannah and 30 minutes from Tybee Island in Garden City and I was under the impression it was going to be in downtown Savannah.

GermanyThere should only be a "to go" breakfast. However, the office was closed at 8:30 a.m. At 9:00 a.m. the office was open, but there were no cups and no one could be spoken to. This is not breakfast. Later there were still cups. The next day everything was fine. The rooms are very simply furnished, although they are not beautiful. We got an extra large room that was very uncomfortable furnished. It's not a pretty place.

United States of AmericaThe management is poor. Upon arriving I had requested a room down stairs because I'm disabled. They had agreed but gave me a room upstairs.2 flights of stairs. After much debate the owner told me to meet him the next morning at nine he never showed up. I called and the mail box was full. After 2pm I came back and a attendant was working the front desk. I explained my situation and he said the owner had left you a key for the downstairs room. The owner is not customer friendly and really dont care . He only wants the money.
The room was comfy, very clean and nice and spacious. Centrally located to attraction and great food and about 30 minutes to the beach.

United States of AmericaThe shower was weird and had to ask how to work it. Water didn’t get very hot. Felt like I was sleeping in a hospital or bathroom because of the walls and floors. Definitely not cozy. AC wasn’t the best and fan barely kept it cool in the room cool. Bed wasn’t very comfortable. No kitchen utensils and no ironing board. Bathroom door doesn’t close.
it’s in a convenient location very close to downtown and a grocery store. The front office staff are very friendly.
