You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The room didn't have any ac, the door look like someone tried to break out the door. The bathroom door panel was broken. There was no wash clothes in the room either.

No cover over the lock from outside. Door could be opened with a screw driver. I watched this being done. Did NOT feel safe.
Exterior was not pretty but, the rooms were just fine.

The receptionist was going to charge me $89.00 For my stay and didn't want to give me a discount. And I showed her my reservation information that was given to me after going on line to book my stay. I was only supposed to have paid $66.00 ????? And she said ain't no way., that a premium room! I said mam I can just go to another motel. She said wait a second I stepped back to the counter and she lowered the price of my reservation to $83.00. I was so disappointed, but I went ahead and stayed because I was tired 😴.

Loud music started around 1030-11 had to turn the ac so I wouldn't hear the people or the music there. Not the cleanest place .if you want a cheap place and don't care about noise this is your place!

the parking lot was dirty. a lady on a walker was asking people for money. some one had big dogs that barked all night. saw a few roaches in the bathroom.

Sheets and pillow cases were still dirty (we brought our own). Towels were very old, stiff and had stains. We got there at 2:50 pm and the person checking us in gave us a key to get in the room. We carried all our stuff up to the room and the key didn't work. I went back down to the desk and she informed me the room wasn't ready and that check in was at 5pm (though it clearly stated check in was 3 pm online) and asked us to come back in an hour and the room would be ready. It was supposed to be a non smoking room but it clearly smelled like cigarette smoke. Furthermore, it smelled like cigarette smoke was being piped into the room the whole time we were there. You have to wear socks out shoes all the time because the floors are filthy. The refrigerator wasn't clean, and we were given one roll of tp and one towel each for a three day stay.
Most of the staff (with the exception of the person that checked us in) were very friendly and accommodating. The maintenance person even jump started our vehicle because of the below freezing temperatures (above and beyond and much appreciated)!! Hot water was readily available.

I don't like roaches. At all. That totally ruined my trip and I don't think I will be staying in motel 6 ever again for that reason alone.
The bed was amazing and I like the kitchenette that's was in the room.

The room.. I like that they don't charge any deposit.. but, the room I had had holes all in the bathroom walls, the shelf that sits up on the wall for towels and rags was missing looked like someone just jerked it off the wall.. the beds were stained...etc .
There was no breakfast. And Ive always lived around this location so, nothing new for me
