Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The bed was soooo uncomfortable . I was only able to sleep a couple of hours before waking up from my back hurting . That room needs a new bed !!
It was exceptionally clean and I do appreciate that !

The hill slope in the parking lot was a little concerning on one side of the building, but the other side was fine.
I liked that there was a washer/dryer offered on site, the breakfast was good, and the water in the shower was hot. The beds were comfortable and the check-in process was smooth.

The beds could have been a little more comfortable. They were clean and the bedding was soft and comfortable, but the mattress itself was just a little too firm for me. That being said, all of the other wonderful features of this hotel far outweigh this one small one, and I would definitely stay here again
This hotel has a great location, quiet and scenic, easy to navigate throughout Branson from here, and it has a delicious hot breakfast with a wide variety of food to choose from, all well cooked and well stocked. The rooms are clean and comfortable and stocked with everything you need for your stay.

Curtains in room let light in at night because they were tattered in several places. Toilet was very short TV - hard to change channels , some channels not available, kept blinking to black screen during movies
Breakfast was very good. Rooms were clean. Ease of access to Blvd and other attractions. Overall a decent place to stay

Need some queen accessibility rooms.
We've stayed here in the past when the previous owners had it, at that time it needed updating. The new owners have done some renovations which is great, just wish they had accessibility queen rooms.. We will definitely continue to stay here in the future.

I think for safety reason, the back door access should only be accessible to guess or anyone that will be staying in the hotel

The park is all an incline, inf your beake are bad your in troublr. A little updating needed inside the hotel.
The price was a good value for Spring Break time. Nice location not to far from the main strip.

The breakfast was so so. There wasn't a lot of choices. The sausage tasted weird (maybe they boiled or broiled it) Not sure on that. One morning they over slept by over an hour. We were not sure if everything was okay or not. It happens!! We were just glad everyone was okay.

It was located within a 10-15 minute drive off most of the activities we had planned.
We arrived and the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. We had a small issue with our tv and they moved us to another room in minutes.

That it made you think you were right by the water and you were not. The bathroom was way too small.
It was very cute and quant. Very secluded feel, even though there were cabins all around you.

This hotel offers vending machines and they mention that they do. So when I went to the vending machine to get a snack and a drink I was quite upset when there were 3 option for a drink and no snacks.

Everything was very pleasant; no complaints.
Hot breakfast. Clean facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location. Quiet room. Comfortable bed. Well lit parking lot. Lobby/lounge was very inviting. We look forward to staying here again when we are in the area.
