No food available other than a commissary with chips and candy. Not even a cookie or a wafer. Coffee in the lobby during morning hours. No dining available. The restaurant adjacent to the hotel is permanently closed.

It wasn't the cleanest. The hallways are dark and dingy. They could use some painting. More lighting is needed in the hallways and rooms. The sheets were stained and tv was old with no television options.

The toilet didn’t flush fully. Have to keep flushing 3x+, the shower had lukewarm water.

The noises from the above floor as I was indicated from repairs and maintenance especially at night and early morning and the noises from the parking since my room was right by it besides the traffic from the main road

Naif was a nice staff and tried to make the stay easier and upgraded the room as I requested to a upper floor and in a quiet corner with not surrounded

It’s a fairly basic hotel, but clean. You would need to hire a car to get anywhere, but that’s not specific to this hotel!

It was convenient for a wedding I was attending nearby and great value for money. Staff were helpful and efficient.

The public areas smelled funky. But not the room itself... I was given the key to a room that was still being made up - no big deal I just waited a few minutes. Outdoor pool wasn't open. Can't really swim here most of the time. No indoor pool. Watch the entry/exit on Algonquin. It is sometimes hard and dangerous when there is a lot of traffic. Use the access road. I think all of these are pretty minor considering the room itself was very good.

I liked the room itself the best in this hotel. It was very comfortable and pretty new. Great location for my needs.

I was given the very last room on the first floor close to the exit door at the back. Though I didn't complain to the staff but I wasn't happy about it. No breakfast available; Carpets/shower curtain are dirty/could be replaced,

No breakfast service. Safety box was closed when I arrived and they finally opened it but in a slow response. The battery of TV remote-controller was run out of. Shower water is rather weak. Rinse gel was too firm to push it out. You should call a taxi by yourself though they let you use a phone in the front desk and may help you somehow. It may be hard for a non-native speaker like me. The first 2 days, they did not clean my room at all. (Shoud I have explicitly requested it?)

Enough room space with a reasonable room charge. Around the building, you can see much green.

Nothing was open, no pool, the bed in our room was wobbly, if you sat on a corner of it you would fall off, we had to avoid sitting on that part because you would fall off since it didn’t hold any weight, hotel was booked so we couldn’t get another room. I’m sure the bed was a one-off situation but that’s a quality control concern, if you make the bed and it can’t be used you can’t use that room.

The staff was very nice. AC is cold. Pretty clean.

There was a loud vibrating buzzing noise that would come and go frequently. There was construction happening in the lobby that may have been the cause to the noise but I’m not sure
