The front parking was scarce and we couldn't find back parking. The shower didn't drain properly, so you end up showering in a puddle. And some of the knicks/cosmetic visuals could use some work.

The location and space was awesome! The beds were comfy, and the staff was more than accommodating. Thank you for the wine!

My sink and the shower drain in the bathroom were both clogged. There was also some crud on one of the lamps next to the bed I had to clean off. Also the bedroom was noticeably warmer than the rest of the suite. There was a note saying not to turn the AC below 72 but I keep my house at 69. You should tell ppl about that bc I was uncomfortable and wouldn't have booked with you.

Balcony, very comfortable bed, well insulated inside from street noise and car horns, roomy, hearing the court house bells ring, breakfast vouchers for Cafe - excellent dog-friendly staff, great food!

An elevator to 2nd/3rd floor but was doable for us.

Location was excellent- occasionally noisy at night when people decided to rev their motors going around the downtown circle outside our suite BUT being downtown within walking distance to quite a bit was also a benefit! The place was very clean & the contacts were very helpful & friendly, breakfast options were great!

The hotel was within walking distance of some very good bars and restaurants and was very clean. The Cafe downstairs had the best tea.

We had 6 people, so needed to use the 2 sofa beds. When we got there, we couldn’t find sheets - the staff had forgotten to leave them. My group was frustrated though as we didn’t try to set up the beds until almost midnight. someone did come bring sheets for us, and they gave us a $100 credit for the first night, so ultimately made it right.

Great location - right on Main Street. they had a concert at the gazebo Saturday evening & we sat on the porch and listened. Easy to walk to all the shops & restaurants. Great breakfast at the cafe downstairs - something for everyone. cute property, and was plenty big for 6 people.

The AC did not cool half of the condo making it uncomfortable to sleep. I was not aware that a portable was available until I was leaving.

The location was the best part. There were so many shops, eateries, and entertainment within walking distance.

very outdated, no tv in bedroom, thermostat kept going up to 80 degrees, my kids feet were black on the bottom after walking around barefoot on the carpet areas, the main tv didn’t work and I had to fix it myself.

The bed was a little too high for my Mom, who is not really tall. A step stool by the bed would have made it a little easier for her to get into bed. It isn't a complaint just an observation.

The atmosphere was great, and the view was beautiful off the balcony. The staff was great. The breakfast was very tasty.

A bit noisy but we kind of expected this as it is located on a round about with lots of traffic. There was some confusion as to which suite was ours, where it was located and where to park but owners were helpful and accommodating and cleared things up quickly. The bathroom was not clean, a lot of hair everywhere, bathtub could use some updating and sheets also had some stains on them.

Location was ideal, close to attractions, bars and restaurants. Very spacious, loved the balcony. AC worked wonderfully after long days on the river. Bed was comfortable. love the self entry. Staff was very sweet. Would stay again.

Our room was filthy. We cut our trip short because of the dog hair. Poorly lit and the signage was nonexistent. Front door lock and keypad was not working at all. Sink was covered in soap scum. Bathtub was brown and did not drain.

Location was great. Breakfast was much more expensive than the voucher.

The layout was not friendly if you have other family members staying, the bathroom is located in the bedroom with no other access except thru the bedroom. The bedroom stayed hot all day and night. It was not to temperature. Even with the fan running, we were hot.

We did not eat breakfast at the restaurant. Menu didn't have anything we wanted.

There isn't an ice machine or ice trays in the fridge so we'll plan for that next time. Could also use an extension chord or an extra outlet on the patio. Lighting could be a bit brighter throughout the livingroom.

The apartment was spacious, clean, has an awesome patio, and the location was perfect. We were close the restaurants, drinks, and walked to the river. We'll be back for sure!

Wish the sink counter space had been a little larger and missed a rack for the few hanging clothes we brought. Overall, an exceptional location and we loved the private balcony right in the center of downtown. Walking distance to so many shops and restaurants. ♥️
