The exterior was in bad repair structurally and aeasthetically, weatherbeaten, but interior was pleasant, roomy, functional, well furnished, clean and well equipped with kitchen utensils and essentials for prepping meals.

The ad says there is pool and hot tub but it is under construction. Coupons were provided to use the Newport aquatic facility but I was really looking forward to walking across the street ..The complex is older and in need of some repairs .. e.g. there is a product that includes a white vinyl adhesive and caps to refresh the dishwasher, some of the electrical outlets are very loose and a plug won’t stay in.

Lovely location, large condo with 2 bedrooms and spa tub. Good quality furniture including beds and dressers.

There was no ocean view from my room, the beach was a bit of a hike.

The grounds are all torn up and under construction, no pool. Offered use of rec center in Newport as alternative, but it is not open tge days stayed. The reservation was booked and paid by me for my daughter's family, and tge reservation in their name. If I had not gone with them to register, the reservation would not have been honored.

The location was perfect, on the coastline and very near to family event.

There was no sign for after hrs to call. Would be better if placed on the office door and not by tape on the window, or even if on the website that would also be helpful.

The ocean is very beautiful, but all the trash? in front of our building wasn't pretty. Looked like there was a foundation and a lot of concrete in front.

Could not use the Wifi unless you went out in the backyard. This was inconvenient as it was fairly cold out there. Access to the beach was not viable for us. Most seniors would have issues with the trail.

The front desk staff were excellent. The units are nicely furnished and the landscaping is beautiful. There was a lot of construction going on so some amenities were not available.

See above. No elevator to get 3 floors up. That made it very hard for me with my medical muscle disease. And the pool is closed.

The size was perfect. I appreciated the kitchen with all the dishes. Appreciated the complimentary coffee. I was put off that our room was three flights upstairs with no elevator, especially since I have a medical condition that makes climbing up and down stairs extremely difficult and impossible for me to climb it with my little suitcase in tow. Thank goodness my husband was able to lift all our luggage up and down those stairs so I could concentrate on holding the hand rail to help myself climb the stairs. I was disappointed that the pool was closed. The staff were fabulous, absolutely wonderful and attentive. Again the size of the room is great! Plenty of space, clean, and comfortable. We were very happy that we chose it even though know elevator. Possibly will choose it again in the future, but I’ll request a bottom floor.

The playground was old and unusable, beach access was almost non existent due to distance down and away from property to reach the beach.

The condo was nice. They gave us passes to local rec center for swimming since the pool was shut down, we really enjoyed that.

We were expecting to have a pool so my son and grandkids were super excited, but then it was closed. They were devastated. The parking was not ideal either. Our parking are was closed and we had two cars. You could not see either car from the room.

Construction from land shifting, can’t really fault the property.

When I booked the suit, I took the description with a grain of salt, however it really was a Suite, bedroom, large living room, full dining room, and full kitchen; right down to the gravy boat. I had a 10% discount with Booking.com so the nightly rate with taxes was ~&117. Very pleased, way more than I expected.

4PM Check-in. Called around 2PM to inquire about an earlier Check-in. Arrived at property at 3PM and was advised my room was being cleaned, and would only be a few minutes. I explained that I was attending and organizing a reunion and needed to be in Toledo by 5PM. Finally received room keys at 4:05PM, raced to change, then sped to Toledo.

Sizable unit with a lot of space!! Great view, fireplace, jetted tub. Wish we could have arrived earlier, with a later check-out.

The pool was closed and it was tricky to find the beach access, we actually never made it all the way to water from the hotel. There was also a weird gasoline smell on the property near the beginning of the walk down.

The beds were comfy and the view was great!
