The only thing was it is not dog friendly.

We loved the studio we stayed in. It was cozy and beautifully decorated. Lisa was one of the managers and she was so nice, gave great dinner recommendations.

We had nothing happen that we did not like during our stay.

The location was great and our view from the room and patio was excellent and quite peaceful. Our room was very clean and had no issues with anything during the time we stayed. Everyone including the hosts were very personable. We will definitely stay again. It is worth the money we paid and very inexpensive compared to other places we looked at in the same location. No hidden fees.

The bed in our particular unit was very uncomfortable. The receptionist said that the owner had just replaced the mattress about 3 months ago. I am wondering if someone swapped the mattress.

My husband and I apartment was on the second floor. There is no elevator, so carry luggage up and down stairs on bad knees was a chore.

The air conditioning unit took a while to get the air direction squared away. The vent louvers are up near the ceiling and at night the air was blowing directly in our faces. Once we figured out how to reposition the louvers, that issue was resolved. Initially on arrival, the air inside the unit was musty. Hurricane Idalia came through the area on the day before our arrival and the humidity was extremely high with the dew point in the 80's. Picked up a dehumidifier and problem solved. The unit had not been occupied for a few days prior to our arrival so in combination with the storm in the area and poor air circulation, the musty condition occurred. Great stay overall!

The room is well appointed with everything you need. The pool and surround are just right. The landscaping is in excellent shape. Parking is right in front of each unit. The beach is a mere 150 steps away. Beach chairs are available at no additional charge. Towels are available in the office for pickup on a daily basis or as needed. The gals in the office are so friendly and helpful. Shout out to Lisa!

Wish the pool had been cooler, but that is an issue for all the resorts during the summer months.

Had a wonderful stay at the Sea Club I resort on Longboat Key this past week. Refreshing Old Florida feel in an age of cookie-cutter hotels and rooms. Very nice hosts and the location was perfect right on the beach and close to Publix and many restaurants. Big comfortable bed and good hot shower - everything we needed for meals and relaxing was in the unit. Will definitley be back for our annual Longboat Key pilgrammage! Thanks for a great vacation!

Everyone there from the management to the staff to the guests and the owners were so friendly and welcoming! The pool is gorgeous and just steps away from an extremely,beautiful, uncrowded,private beach. Management was very kind to us last year when we got covid at the last second and couldn't make the trip to Sea Club. They were well in their rights to keep all of our prepaid money for their room. Yet, they showed compassion and did not take our money. We vowed to come back in 2023 and we're so happy we did. This place is a tropical paradise!

On the day of checkout the staff person from the front desk opened the door to our until while we were still in it, before we had checked out. It was a few minutes before 11, and we were just about out of there. I would have much preferred they knock first.

Perhaps provide paper towels in the kitchen. Kitchen was small, but perfect for just the two of us. No dishwasher but, again, fine for just us two.

Very convenient to a nice beach. Nice pool. Very clean cottage, pool, grill area. Very short drive to a grocery and drug store. Wonderful host and nice, neat accommodations. Clean, nice bathroom. We would stay again.
