it was so busy with the amount of people that were there for the day that the guests, such as us, were left with a lack of amnesties to enjoy the day. There were so many patrons that the poor staff were overrun and therefore the service was lacking. in short I think that residents should have priority to the loungers and facilities whereas we know there were non guests on loungers and using the beach.

Our room could have been a lot for the price I have paid. The bathtub was all stained and did not look clean. I could hear pretty much everything in the room next door the walls seemed thin. Part of the walls were coming apart and pealing away. The ceiling above the bed was also coming apart and pealing apart. It looks like it needed to be fixed and updated. The restaurant messed up our bill so the bill was charged to our room instead. I gave the restaurant my debit card to pay the bill for dinner thinking everything was all set but Received a phone call to our room saying our bill from dinner was being charged to my room. Overall I would love to come back and stay here again. Just a little disappointed about things I said. For the price I should have for the room

The location was great! The food at the hotel restaurant was awesome service was a little slow but over looked it. It is great that the bar stays open late as well. Great indoor pool.

I selected a king size bed and was given 2 doubles. Sheets had what looked like dirt/ stains on them. Bed was uncomfortable. Pool closed at 8, which is really early compared to a lot of other hotels.

All the kids running around and shouting. But I do understand that there was a hockey tournament and also school vacation week, so it was understandable. I did not use the pool and was hoping to.

I liked that there is a restaurant inside the hotel. I traveled here in February 2022, it was great having the beach right out front. First day I arrived, I was able to catch an amazing sunset. I really enjoyed my stay here.

TV got kids channels and Fox News, reprogram was locked out. Tech support sent 2 people ( together) , they said "Oh yes, we can't fix this", and left.

Sadly, the weather did not cooperate during our brief stay, so there were no grand sunsets to be seen from the room as we had hoped.

Pet friendly, high end restaurant with water view on premises. Located on Old Silver Beach, this large complex has every right to call itself a resort, although in off season the price to have a room on the beach with a water view remains justifiably high. The beach is beautiful, the room was clean, and you have a lighthouse in the distance.

Location is great, know which rooms to rent next year for a better stay. The staff were fantastic! A beautiful beach with beautiful sunsets.

Plumbing problem in toilet and bathtub on my last morning there. I made the staff aware. They said they were going to address it right away.

The unit was not as depicted in the booking website. The view was to another building a few feet apart. The facilities were not so well kept. Very crowded over the weekend and better during the weekdays. The beach is nice, way too many chairs that sit empty - maybe due to end of season/week day stay but I would have like to have more breathing room to move and play in the sand. Be prepare for wind! It did not stop blowing making the beach experience not so pleasant at times.

Housekeeping service was vey poor, during our stay noone came and cleaned our room. They are using Covid as an excuse to not to clean your room.

The location of the hotel is great! Beach, pool and the restaurant inside the hotel is great! It is a great family hotel that you can take a walk with your little one, also it is very close to Falmouth center, so you can go and have dinner, shopping etc.

The rooms are overpriced. We stayed in the signature room at first. It was wasted large space with small beds. We upgraded for a ridiculous amount to the courtyard room which wasn’t much different, besides smaller and direct access to outside. Rooms need microwaves, esp with kids and late night snackers. The restaurant menu leaves much to be desired and room service should be an option.
