One of the cleaning staff got into an argument with someone on the phone during cleaning. It was a little uncomfortable as I was standing right there grilling. It must have been an isolated incident as she was back the next day acting normally. Everyone has bad days.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Not only did they make recommendations, they let me use charcoal for the grill at no extra charge. The two desk clerks I interacted with were very kind and generous.

Good location in the hart of the keys. Rooms are clean and spacious but could use an upgrade.

One of the outside seating areas was in need of repair. The wood underneath was all rotted. Everything could use a little sprucing up. Landscaping needed a little trimming. Pool tiles were kinda filthy. Outdated shower head in room 22.

The desk guys were very nice. Gave advice on places to eat & drink. Very laid back vibe over all. Cute wicker furniture. Beds very comfortable. Room was really big.

Could use some updates to the buildings. But no big dealo

This is a small older hotel that could use upgrading. The room was clean and fresh towels were brought daily and left on the outside doorknob. The fridge and microwave were a plus. Think 1950s building in which no upgrades have been made since it was built. The furniture on the other hand has been updated. The room is small, just wide enough for a king bed an twp small night stands, but it met our needs. You park right outside your room so that is a plus. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a clean no frills older motel you may be fine with the Sea dell. It met our needs and was priced way lower than other area hotels. We choose it on its reviews. If you are looking for a modern upscale hotel, this will not be the place for you

May be it’s just with this unit , the under sink drain was already leaking in a bucket when we got there but manageable

Old fashioned room key vs new age card access was slightly inconvenient. Room was a little dated and needed some work.

Front desk attendant was very helpful, offered good meal options and local information for us. Price was good for the accomodations.

Location and value for $ was excellent. Property is very quiet with a quiet grassy area outside the patio doors. Fridge and microwave are a bonus.

The room was a little rundown. The door didnt seem secure at all and a couple of the lights didnt work. The shower also had very little pressure.

The location is good. A short walk/drive from the ocean and plenty of shops nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful. I could park my car right outside my room.

Accomodations fit our needs and expecations perfectly If your looking for a 5 star hotel look elsewhere. If you are looking for value and a decent place to stay short term. This fits the bill at least for us.

property could use a deep clean and some fixing up. the bedding was clean and no bugs but could use some of the finer points like the corners and such scrubbed. shower had tons of pressure but leaked no matter how hard twisted the knobs.

property in perfect location to explore the entirety of the keys due to location in marathon being pretty much right in the middle of the islands.
