Older building. Patio door glass so spotted between panes ruined the view. Couch was uncomfortable bad shape. View wasn't great. Skip this place

Unit needs a fresh coat of paint and new trim to brighten it up. Showing wear and tear on popcorn ceilings and trim, especially in the bathroom. Bathroom blower needs a good cleaning. An extension cord closest to the closet would be nice so you don’t have to move the bed to get to the electrical outlet. The sofa has got to GO and be replaced with something comfortable. EXTremely, extremely Uncomfortable. Plus it is missing a strip of leather in one spot. We called th property management company about the missing strip immediately upon checking into the villa and they asked us to send them a picture. If you close the bedroom door, and another person is up watching TV in the kitchen/ living room, the air does not reach the bedroom and it becomes hot even with the ceiling fan on. No screen on the patio slider so you can’t leave slider open to get a cool breeze or change the air in the villa. No fan on the balance. Bedspread and decorative pillows are showing wear and tear and need to be replaced. Bath Towels were flimsy. Ice cube trays were flimsy and one is falling apart. We left one for the next guest to use. This is not under the owners control - tap water did not taste good so bring bottled water. Community areas that have indoor/outdoor carpeting are beginning to show wear and tear.

Location was excellent, quick walk to the beach and within walking distance to shops and eating places. Great for walking and bike riding. Appliances in the unit were new. We only utilized the fridge and microwave. Unit had a good supply of kitchen utensils, plates and glasses. Nice big wine glasses😀. Unit owner provided dish soap, laundry pods, roll of paper towels, toilet paper, travel size shampoo and conditioner, a bar of soap, and bath and hand towels. A nice feature are the ceiling fans in the bedroom and kitchen/living room. A nightlight was provided in the bathroom. Tv and internet were provided. Bikes could be stored in a covered location with other guests bikes. Gated community (when the gate worked). Pool was clean and there is an outdoor shower. One small elevator is on site and Luggage carts are available for checking in and out. Keyless entry.

We were short of towels so I guess we have to bring our own? And sheets. Wish it stated during my booking so that we can bring our own.

Very friendly staff when we got our arrival packet, cleanliness, villas has the equipment we needed (other than we are short of towels), quick to fix the bathroom, next to beach and most of all, my friends and I felt very safe. Totally a private place and affordable price... Thank you

We booked for 4 nights but left early because we couldn't take it anymore. This place was so filthy. There were dust everywhere(including walls and ceilings). The bedding has spots and stains. We couldn't use pots and pans either.... My 4 and 7 years old sons said that they never want to come again because it was so dirty. The upper kids bed had no ladder. There's no way to climb to the bed by himself. There was a safety bar which was kept dropping in the middle of the night. We couldn't sleep well to worry about kid. Adult bed was the worst. It had some kind of sponge on the top of the bed(I don't know if it was topper). It was extremely uncomfortable. It had no support on the back. Couch has big ripped spots. The door knob in the barcony was broken. The other suites had beach chairs and other stuff for the beach. This one had nothing...

It's a very small condo. For a couple it's fine. If you have a child it's too small.

The bed pillows & sofa throw pillows were badly soiled and so was the bed comforter. The commode water tank kept running causing the removal of the top lid & the kitchen sink handles were very loose.
