I loved the feel of the place. Lots of light from the windows, beautiful kitchen, and cozy living areas. I hope I can vacation here for a week next time :)

There was very little that we didn’t like. The only item that we could have used was a toaster, but we made do with one of the frying pans that was provided in the kitchen.

We were in the area for our son’s swimming championship meet, and Seabreeze fit our needs perfectly. It was exceptionally clean and much better than staying in a hotel for 4 nights. It’s an older house, so outlets aren’t as conveniently located as more modern houses, but there were plenty of power strips provided that made it a nonissue. We brought food with us and prepared it in the kitchen, so not having to eat out for most meals was a plus. Communication was excellent and the pictures on the site were accurate and nicely showed what to expect. It snowed during our stay, and in the morning, there was a path shocked from the door to our car and around it. We will definitely stay again!

Of all the accomodations that I have stayed, this was my favourite. The house was great and the host was extremely kind. It’s spacious, homely, and charming. Even though the interior is a little retro, all the facilities are modern and functional. The host is also extremely gracious and generous, and goes above and beyond in helping us have a great stay.

Only request from me is update to a Keurig. As a coffee drinker I brought a box of k-cups not thinking to bring a Keurig with me. There is a regular pot and there was coffee provided...a million thank yous there I really needed it.

So clean and easy to park at! Quiet area. Close to things we needed! I even made a homemade meal to deliver to my son and the kitchen had everything I needed. …and my dog was welcome!!

Great Neighborhood, quiet street. I felt like at Grandma's house with a modern kitchen. It's a house to adopt into. It's not a very modern house, but it all works fine. We spend only one night but I could see myself staying for a week or so. A must rent if you have business in Rochester... near everything. But... don't expect a very modern 2023 house.

Nothing really…. But in an effort to come up with something …the stairs were really creaky loud so I couldn’t sneak downstairs without waking up my husband, but it’s just an old house so creaky is to be expected!

It was obviously very well cleaned …even the couch had vacuum lines on it! :) It was easy to get to, a great distance from “stuff” and we had so much space to spread out …because I love my family, but sometimes you just need a talking break!! :) Oh and there were fans in every bedroom. Win. AND one of the best parts was that they welcomed my big ole mutt of a dog!
