The room I was given was on the second floor which was good but inside lots of disappointments. The curtains/blinds don’t offer real privacy let alone a mirror perfectly placed for you to be seen from outside to others to peer the windows to the mirror to see you. The floor completely dusty and squeaky and lacked solid platform to walk. Bathroom was the worst didn’t shower since it was unkempt the fan in the bathroom looked like someone could possibly see you let alone a crack in the bathroom wall with a spy camera device. The sink was outside the bathroom which I’m still trying to understand logically why it was. I used the sink to spruce up to be somewhat clean and used the toilet when needed. Upstairs folks we’re pacing on day one way too much till my last nite improved but very nosey following me if I went to the bathroom they would smoke in their bathroom to keep odor from my bathroom to travel in theirs. Behavior like it was a competition from the folks upstairs as well as busybody and then last day next door guests became unhinged bickering. In short adults acting too immature making noise then quiet and dysfunctional in an absolute beautiful area of NJ. One can tell the environment of ppl atm there are in some form of getting on the best way they can. Definitely this facility has so many improvements to make they may can’t afford it to improve 360 degrees overall. I will not return till drastic improvements occur. I wouldn’t recommend unless you need it as a temporary in and out to get your bearings then leave. Quality is in great need here!!

Locale excellent beautiful overall peace nice looking pools from a distance not far from the beach nice weather nice breathable air outdoors folks in general cordial polite friendly for the most part a good sense of safety to maintain the peace for all. The AC unit was dependable and enjoyable since it was summer weather to cool down and rest and relax!!

Our blinds were broken on the window and had I not brought extra blankets, the sun would have been beating in on us the entire time. But I made my own curtains and it worked. Our shower water temp broke and maintenance fixed it immediately and was very nice.

No ice. No coffee. Dirty door, looks like multiple break-in’s. Bad old lock on door. No chain or lever to lock from inside. Window shades/ vertical blinds missing, bent, twisted—no privacy. Stained box spring. Other patrons entirely audible, every footfall in building thumped our room, loud music late into night with crying children. $163 per night? (Friday in summer) Absurd compared to other low-end chain motels, this was awful.

Pools were clean. Shower strong and hot. Linen was clean. Parking right outside rooms. Beach was spotless, boardwalk was fun. 1 block from beach.

Dirty floors. Broken furniture and fixtures. TV didnt work. Tiles broken in bathroom. No washcloths in room. Very funky smell, stuck to all our clothing. Office was closed, had to use front desk at next door motel without prior notice.

Toilet did not flush. Floor by the tub almost collapsed when I stood on it to get into the tub. Faucet on the bathroom sink was falling off. Holes in walls poorly patched. Bathroom door was filthy. Comforter had cigarette burns in it.

Very dirty, the bed was on 2x4s. The vertical blinds only had THREE blinds leaving anyone to see in our rooms at night. The bathroom was down right disgusting.

We needed a room with a kitchen because we have a baby and have to heat up milk and warm up baby food. The first room didn’t have their kitchen gas on. They sent a worker, he was a nice guy but afterwards the room started to smell like gas, they changed our room after complaining, but the second room smelled like somebody had just finished using the stove because the whole room smelled like curry! Good thing it was only for a night. I would not stay there again
