Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Cleanliness of the floors was almost like they hadn’t been mopped in years, do not walk around in socks unless you want to have to wash them every hour. Ended up having to wear shoes around the apartment as the floor was so dirty.
Very spacious rooms and very comfortable big bed. Location was very good and close to the beach.

Was given wrong room not according to my booking kept on getting locked out cause the keys wouldn’t work The pool was only on one property where I wasn’t located the office moved and had to walk to search for the exact location

The room.

Not really convenient that you need to walk from one building to another if you don’t stay in the building with the check-in. But the swimming pool is in a different one anyway. The floor was washed with sth that made it very slippery.. I stepped on it with my bare feet and regreted it. and there was dust, in almost every corner
The receptionist who worked 15-16 was very friendly and helpful! The size of accommodation was larger than we expected! Close to a nice public beach. Comfortable bed

Couch was dated and needed repair. The large burner on the stove did not work, but an additional hot plate was provided. The refrigerator door was loose and needed to be reqaired, and the bathroom plug in did not work. We did let the front office know when we departed.
Location to dining, beaches and transportation was great. Parking not provided but there were several spots on the road and we were able to secure one for our stay.

The pool is a joke. Gets very little sun and is ridiculously small. The half a dozen sun lounge chairs are positioned in such a way that you can't move them. I had a couple nights where the cock roaches joined me in bed. Then in the kitchen area while cooking. My wife was looking forward to bathing but there wasn't enough hot water, so we heated water on the stove to finish the one attempt at bathing.
Nice size room appears to have been recently renovated except for the shower. Kitchenette was satisfactory for in room cooking. Good choice of restaurants and grocery stores all within walking distance. The beach was across the street:) The room was surprisingly quiet at night. The beds are awesome.

The attendant in the office made some off comments about a towel I was bringing to the office to get a new one. Something about a stain and “if they could get it out.” Totally through me off considering the state of debris on the floors

Floors were cheaply made/unkept. This hotel used to be amazing!!!!!! Not anymore! They completely changed the inside orange furniture and took out the Washing machines!!!!!! It used to be such a beautiful hotel, now it’s awfully re-decorated and changed!! I was soo disappointed. Parking is also 15$ a day now :(

It seems like the management is not working like it should. San on the floors, schedule the day for cleaning, and cleaning people came only at our day 5.
