I wish it had been facing the beach or at least put in the description that it wasn’t facing the beach. It needs to be updated some. The furniture needs to replaced and it was all too big for the small space.

It was very close to the beach. It had everything we needed. The staff was very helpful. The parking was convenient.

ridiculous 50.00 parking fee. Dirty sidewalks and extremely dirty outside patio concrete, table and chairs outside were dirty. Mislead to think we had a first floor ocean side room that maybe you can see some of the ocean, it was away far in the back, all we saw outside the patio was traffic and parking lot.

There was some trash left on our balcony, cigarette butts, but the apartment and amenities made up for it, traffic was a bit busier and hard to maneuver at times, but not too bad

My father hadn’t been to the area since honeymoon with my mother, 53 years since he had been there, plus my niece had a softball tournament, it was great memories since my mother passed in 2017.

I felt that the flooring could be improved. There were several tiles in the kitchen that really needed to be replaced.

outdated, and in need of a little TLC. if you have a baby that wakes easily do not recommend sleeping with them in the bedroom because they WILL wake up every ten minutes from hearing everything going on above the property.

I didn’t like how the parking ticket was supposed to be $35, but it was $50. I didn’t like that at all. Please update that for future reference.

There were no cleaners for the bathroom anywhere in the condo. Since I was there for 27 days, I needed toilet and bathroom cleaner. Luckily, I had brought OxyClean for the laundry, and it was effective for cleaning the bathroom. Also, there was no decent frying pan in the cupboard. I had to buy one.

I was really happy that I could see the Gulf from my balcony. The webiste said it was not an oceanview condo. The bed was comfortable, the laundry facilities were convenient, and the decor was pleasant.

the first building that we were in seems old and run down. not to mention dirty even the outside of the building. insides were decent but nothing great. beds not comfortable, barely any hot water in bath, & the couch just looked and smelled gross.

i liked that it was convenient and easy to get to the beach !

No parking voucher and agreement states one came with property for 1 car. There were none in prperty waiting for us so had to purchase. Mirrors in bathroom were dirty and outside area was not swept or cleaned spider webs etc... no view. Fans in bathroom and bedroom need replaced sound as if they might break. Very loud so unable to use for much of the time.

That it took 2 days on hold for 45 minutes each time and then calls you the main Vacasa line and a random visit from a maintenance man to get the broken shower head fixed.

Great spot right on the beach and in the middle of everything. Walmart and dollar store right down road and great eating spots.

The location of our room was supose to be on the beach but we were in the middle of a parking lot on both sides . The room had roachs going across the kitchen counter , the bathroom had a wash cloth hanging on the shower curtain rod there was no toilet paper holder and a wad of hair in the dryer .
