For a state of the art hotel, why such a weird ironing set-up??

Location was great for arriving/leaving by train, lots of great places to eat and drink nearby, but still very quiet. Was pleasantly surprised by size and comfort of room - very cleverly done. Immaculately clean. Would stay in a Citizen M again.

The bedroom was too small. Due to the position of the bed, one has to climb over the other to get in or out of the bed.

Very nice decor and ambience; clearly demonstrates owner's backgound in the fashion industry. Room quite minimalist and worked well with decor

It was the perfect hotel to stay at while in town for the Mariners game. The room was just the right size for a couple and the breakfast buffet was amazing too. The hotel is just a 15 min walk from the stadium and to so many food options along the pier. I would definately recommend this hotel if you're in town for a Mariners or Seahawks game. 🤘

No gym or working out facilities

New hotel and it’s located in the area where is safe and no homeless. Downtown Seattle especially 2&3 ave near pike street is the homeless capital. I feel blessed with my decision that I booked this hotel and its comfortable new design room. I loved integrated technology and lightings & Audios control with iPad. The Room is very small but surprisingly, the bed is solid comfortable and sleep very well

The bed was a little too firm but nothing to write home about. Other then that everything else was exceptional.

Close to alot of different restaurants and activities. All with in 15mins walking distance and parking was pretty easy to find.

The location was close to all the main tourist spots in Seattle. Great for someone visiting for the first time who is looking to go to Space Needle, Pike Place Market etc.

very convenient system for checking in and comfortable room with high tech system. Very nice location to get to T Mobile Park and the downtown. Easily get there from the nearest Link station.

Bed was too hard, but that is okay. Otherwise it was all great!!

The rooms were perfect. Love the light and blind control through the iPad. We got the option of what kind of room we wanted, so of course we picked a city view on a high floor! Bar downstairs was open late. Very nice place!!

Rooms are small Didnt know, to ask for suitcase storage.

The absolute only “less positive” comment I have, and it’s possibly unique to my room, was that my rain shower head barely had any pressure and I wasn’t able to use it at all. To be fair, I never told the staff about this or asked to move - which is on me! The handheld shower head worked very well so I really think it was just my room.

Excellent location across the street from the waterfront and within walking distance of many attractions including Pike Place Market. Modern facilities with a warm art deco vibe. Excellent staff with recommendations that will help shape your trip if you’re unsure about anything

They do not have parking on site. If you’re not familiar with Seattle, call ahead and ask for a recommendation for a nearby garage. I didn’t do that and ended up using street parking temporarily. Once I got to the property, they happily gave me recommendation. Skip the re-park and call ahead.

Very tight situation - better for one person or two if you don't mind bumping into each other. Especially the bathroom, vanity situation is very tight - a few more feet would have been helpful.

The property was in Pioneer Square and we had an amazing room with an ocean view. The staff was amazing and everyone was friendly. The rooms are small because they are made of shipping containers but very well organized and maintained. Loved that rooms, lights etc were basically controlled by an iPad. The bar and breakfast were both reasonably and good. The Lobby was whimsical and very comfortable which is important because of the room size. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

The shower doesn't have so much pressure, but it is still fine. That is my only complaint.

All new, Hi-Tech / smart home equipped rooms (power shades, room climate, lights, TV: all iPad controlled). Great breakfast, even convincing for Europeans. Had choice of bread and croissants and even featured sliced salmon. We haven't seen that on the U.S. so far.

The room was small and the AC didn't get cold enough. I also didn't like there was no privacy at the sink area.

Location was great and bed was comfortable. The staff were super friendly and nice.
