Lighting was a little dark. Overhead lights would be nice upgrade.

Breakfast was great, staff was wonderful, room clean and I credible view of the Red Rock cliffs!

We stayed in the villa. It was spacious for our family of four, which we liked. Some of the other villas had nicer patios and placement in proximity to the creek. We didn’t use the patio because it needed some sprucing up and was shady. Also, if you stay in the villas, you have to walk/drive up a hill to town and breakfast. This wasn’t a problem for us, but something to note.

The property is well located right in town and offers some beautiful views and access to the clubhouse. The grounds are well manicured and breakfast was good and convenient.

The bedside lamp switch didn’t work so it had to be turned off and on by plugging it in or unplugging it

The bed was very average.

Bathrooms definitely need to be updated. Toilet needs to be a taller-senior height toilet! Plus the sink counter needs to be taller as well. (Did like the sink/counter outside of the shower/toilet area tho!!) Was disappointed that the shower had all of the conditioners, etc, but no shampoo offered!? We arrived there about two hours before official check in time. Even though our room was ready we had to pay an “early check-in” fee in order to get into our room to drop our bags before we could go shopping. Felt that fee is gouging as there was nothing that had to be done additional by anyone on premise to get us into our room early, yet we had to pay to get in our room early! Will definitely factor this in when we go to book a hotel for our next trip!

Loved the location and view out our room’s window looking into the mountains. Was right on the main drag and easily walking distance to just about everywhere we wanted to go. The awesome lady working the front counter at check-in was so nice and welcoming and helpful. A true delight of a person!!

Couch in our suite was a little uncomfortable, and no smart TV

Beautiful hotel, clean, Beautiful View from our room, able to walk to shops and restaurants. Excellent breakfast! The guys running breakfast the five days we were there did a great job.

Noisy heater. Toilet sometimes ran. These are just minor nits, though.

The breakfast buffet was delicious Staff was very courteous We appreciated the phone call asking if everything was sufficient. That's type of service is rare.

This hotel is very pricey but pretty much chose this place because of walking distance and it was a best Western plus However, there are many nice places right around this hotel that are nice places and less expensive.

It was a beautiful hotel right on the main road. Breakfast was included and was very good. Our room had a balcony and a couch, which was nice.

We needed a 2 hr early check-in (So 2:00 instead of 4:00) to just set our luggage inside the room before our 3:00 event. You insisted we had to pay $25.00? At almost 300.00 per night....greedy! No thanks! Also, we had many people in our wedding party staying in rooms at the hotel. Just left a negative mark in my mind.

Breakfast buffet was nicer than most other experiences. Your breakfast staff was excellent & very attentive! Nice coffee machines in the rooms, the office, & the breakfast room.

No housekeeping throughout the 4 nights of stay. Whilst I understand and appreciate the idea to go green, it would be better if there is some housekeeping once in 2-3 days. But to be fair to the hotel, we could request for housekeeping if we need it. However, we have to notify front desk by 10am each morning and for the period of time we were there, we always forget or missed the timing.

Room size was acceptable. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast has good selection too. Overall, happy with our stay and enjoyed it. Had good view of the famed Red Rocks.

No private patio

Great location, and very dog-friendly! They had a wonderful grass area just for dogs, and even put our dogs’ names on a welcome sign with a big bowl of water!
