Nothing. We only stayed 2 nights, but wished it were longer.

The room was very clean and spacious! Great view of the red rocks. We had a gas fireplace in our room and our own private deck and hot tub with incredible views. The decor was not quite our style - dark wood and a little dated, but nice, and everything felt super clean. I always bring wipes with me when I travel to clean, but we did not have to use them with this room. When we arrived (end of March), there was an unexpected snow/hail storm which is unusual that time of year. We arrived around dinner time and Ann left a welcoming note in our room. She was incredibly kind and thoughtful and texted us and sent someone to put ice-melt on the stairs leading up to our room. There was a mini-fridge with a couple of waters and yummy cookies and a coffee-maker in the room. They also left us a basket of snacks, which was a nice touch. We told Ann ahead of time that we would not make it for the 8:30am breakfast (we were leaving early for a hike), so they made us a to-go bag at 7:00am with muffins, yogurts, waters, and other snacks, so that was nice. Our second morning we had the sit-down breakfast at 8:30, and it was really good. Our table-mates were vegan, and they were extremely accommodating to all dietary needs. The chef-lady was super nice and both her and Ann had lots of tips for what to see in the area. We also took about 15 minutes to hike down to the property's beach area, and it's just beautiful - really worth checking out. Another plus was the bathroom had a heating fan so we could quickly dry our bathing suits. It seemed like all the rooms were full while we were there, but we did not hear anyone (good, thick walls). The location is in upper-Sedona, maybe a block north of it. But you definitely need a car. The place is up a small windy hill and not really safe to walk down to upper-Sedona, especially at night. But it is only a few minutes drive to lots of shops/restaurants, etc...

I can’t say enough good things about Sedona Views: it was the perfect stay! The views were magical, the rooms were roomy and comfortable and the breakfast was so fresh and delicious. Every morning we enjoyed the beautiful presentation of the freshly made breakfast that looked like something out of a magazine. The hostess Carol was so friendly and so kind as was the manager Ann. We fell in love with them both. They were so incredibly helpful, kind, caring and so relatable. They were our own concierge services with the best local tours and places to eat. Carol was so wonderful with her recommendations. Ann was so caring and checked in on us to make sure everything was going well. They packed us bkfst to go when we couldn’t be there and even left snacks and replenish water in our fridge. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Sedona views. It was such a wonderful experience. You won’t regret it. (I never write reviews, that’s how much i just appreciated this wonderful charming place and the staff)

Be careful driving up and down the driveway, as it’s only one-way and you can’t see people coming/going. Could have used a microwave in the room, but that’s not a deal breaker.

The staff was very nice and communicated very well. The room was comfortable and had all the essentials. The location was very convenient, quiet and close to many shops, restaurants, etc.

    Nothing!

Sedona Views is the perfect place to truly enjoy the beauty and solitude of this magical town! Our hosts Roger, Sara and Carol were most attentive and accommodating. Our delicious and nutritious breakfasts were prepared and served in the lovely relaxed comfort of their dining room. We stayed in two different suites, and both were private and comfortable, with spacious private decks and well-maintained private hot tubs. The grounds are absolutely lovely, with flowers, well-maintained, greenery, and paths. The resort’s beautiful private gardens and creekside area across the street are simply stunning! We highly recommend this resort!

The only thing not to like is that we had to leave such a wonderful place.

Don't hesitate - this is a fabulous B and B. My wife and I agree - of all the B and B's we have stayed at over the years, Sedona Views is far & away the best. First - the room (Sunrise/Sunset) is excellent. Nicely furnished, not crowded - incredibly comfortable and very very clean. We enjoyed sitting outside at night and viewing the stars. And the bed - the best - bar none. It was so comfortable that we asked about the mattress brand/style so we could possible buy from our local mattress dealer after we returned home. The staff - excellent - friendly - professional. Communication was very prompt and very helpful. From the staff, we learned about the B and B, the surrounding areas, ideas for what to see during our short visit, etc. Let's not forget Sedona Views breakfast.. be sure to come with an appetite -- it is very generous and every bite thoroughly enjoyed. The dining area is beautiful, overlooking the meticulously cared-for gardens (filled with flowers, fountains, hummingbirds and the relaxing sounds of nature). The interior/lobby is filled with books, information and very comfortable/inviting. Sedona Views is at a great location outside town (but has quick access to town). Sedona Views is located at the top of a driveway.. when arriving from Flagstaff you will make a right turn off the road (where you make the turn is graveled, so you can easily get off the road, make the nearly 180-degree turn) and head up the driveway. Plenty of parking (we drove/parked a Chevy Tahoe). We did not use the hot tub (Sedona was very very warm when we visited) - but we did enjoy swimming in the creek -as Sedona Views has private access to the creek - and its amazing. After cooling off, we watched the cliff swallows line up and skim the water for a drink. We highly recommend Sedona Views and can't wait til we can return..

There isn't anything we didn't like. Everything was great.

The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Snacks were left for us daily. Mr Roger was very nice and helpful. They all went above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable. Our breakfast was awesome, hand prepared daily. This place was great. Couldn't have picked a better place to celebrate our honeymoon. We met some great people there as well, being the breakfast setting was as a community. Loved it!! We plan to return very soon.

Our room could have updated furnishing. Cherry Queen Ann furniture is out of date. Colors in the room rather dark.

The homey one on one service. Ann was gracious and extremely helpful with any questions/issues. Loved the wonderful breakfast every morning. Delicious and attractive! So nice to visit with other travelers at breakfast in a small group setting. Hot tub and private deck were great amenities. Spacious rooms.

The place was great an an excellent value in an expensive town. If I have to think of something negative - the bathroom/shower area can use a redo as its significantly less nice than the room and the morning coffee was subpar compared to the quality of the place. Breakfast also was served a bit late.

Quaint cozily designed B&B with wonderful 10++ landscaping and incredible views with nice, helpful staff. Pretty room outfitted in a relaxing way with nice creature comforts like a well working fireplace and an outside private hot tub seemingly in several rooms with incredible views just outside the market for Sedona so very good location. When warmer, easy access to a very pretty river again with superb landscaping and a very nice place to rest/read a book or take the kayak offered there.
