Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaParking confusion, just needed more signs to indication general/hotel parking (other than garage) and where to pick up/drop off as it only said valet until you when in closer. But Casino wasn't player friendly, understandably it's gambling, but even to earn a point, way too much. Bedsheets could've been softer & cleaner, didn't clean out the coffee maker either. Needs more hooks.
The full venue as a whole was very beautiful from the stained glass & decor to the spacious rooms. Pool was really nice & relaxing.

United States of AmericaThe smell of smoke everywhere. It didn't matter where you went you can smell it. The cost of everything is insane. The room itself is costly but the food prices were off the chart. There really aren't many food choices because 3 of the restaurants you have to have reservations for, so you get basic options. 3 Sisters buffet was a JOKE, I have had better at a holiday inn.
Loved the location. Our room was lovely but the door was not secure unless we slammed it shut. It is a beautiful hotel.

United States of AmericaThe reception representative were not helpful at all even if you ask questions they didn't care. They don't give you maps or anything to help get around. They never answer the phone you have to go all the way downstairs to the from desk if you need anything. I was there with my two boys under 10years old. When I asked for them to clean the room the next day they said they don't do that. They only clean after 3days of staying there. That hotel is too expensive especially if they don't clean everyday. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
The location. Close to everything.

NetherlandsNothing to complain.
A luxurious hotel with a big casino down stairs., plus several restaurants and bars. Spacious rooms with a comfortable bed. We had a room with a view and could see part of the falls. At night we saw the fire works. From the hotel it is a small walk to the Niagara falls.

United KingdomWent for a evening meal at The Three Sisters, although we didn't have to wait long to be seated as the restaurant was virtually empty, no-one came to serve us, so after a while we left!
Excellent location for Niagara Falls, and our room had a lovely view of the Falls. Room was very clean and spacious. Comfortable bed too! Would highly recommend.

United States of AmericaThey need a microwave in the rooms. Dining options at the hotel are a bit too expensive for a family. There's not a lot to do if you're too young to gamble

United States of Americalack of good on-site average restaurants, we seemed to have settled on one for all our meals. morning coffee seemed like a chore to obtain, the best thing to do is walk across the parking lot to the dunkin donuts in the gas station. the pool did not look like fun, we did not use it, but the workout room was very nice. the room we were in, "non-smoking" had a slight smell that someone may have broke the rule.
this hotel suited our needs perfectly for the trip we set out on.

United States of AmericaCleaning staff did not come to change towels or change trash cans you had to ask for them to come.
The restaurants Especially the Bear claw cafe and the breakfast buffet at the three sisters cafe was great lots of options for a toddler to eat from. My toddler loved the pool. A lot of the reviews stated that the casino smelled like cigars it did not and no you cant smell it from the room.

South KoreaThe room was not smoke-free and has strong smell of cigarette and other smoking, even though the room was clean.
The hotel has strong attractions of casino and resort. You may enjoy exciting various casino games at a huge clean safe game room, which is not my enjoyment, though. The hotel has wide free parking lot, which I used. The staff is generally friendly and supportive. The neighborhood is safe and this hotel is a walking or driving distance to the Niagara Falls and downtown. It has a beautiful view from my room. I think this is quite a convenient hotel.

RomaniaInitially we booked 2 smoking rooms as our friends wanted that , and we thought it is going to be ok if we don t smoke in ours. But after 1 night we realised the smell is unbearable and we asked reception to change our room into a non smoking one. Luckily they had one available and were nice enough not to charge us extra for the change. This non smoking room was near the elevators and initially we were worried it will be noisy but it was very good. In perfect silence you could barely hear the elevators, so we had no issue with that. Of you are not planning to smoke in the room do not take the smoking ones, as the smell is horrible. Not hotel fault, I assume this is how a room smells after several people have been smoking in it. Also since it has 26 floors the windows cannot be open, so the AC is the only ventilation system. To exit hotel in the back so you can go to Niagara, you will have to pass through the casino. There is no other way inside. You ll always have your ID checked which is a bit annoying and slow if you are in a hurry. After reading reviews we did not even try the breakfast buffet for 17$. We passed the casino and went to bear claw caffe which was really good value for money. Furniture is a bit old and worn out, but we didn’t care as we stayed 2 nights.
Large rooms, comfy beds and pillows, blackout curtains, Nice staff, amazing location, you don’t need a car.
