Everything was as we hoped.

Very nice at a good price in South Beach. Well worth staying south of 5th. Quiet. Close to excellent restaurants and a short walk to the craziness of Ocean and Collins.

Everything was just perfect!

Such a beautiful boutique hotel, just on South Beach but still very quiet at night, very close by foot to everything! They also have chairs for free at the beach, just in front, you can walk to the South Pointe Park and see the big cruise ships and the cherry on the top is the restaurant at The Local House that has the best food! We also ate at other restaurants around but the food at the Local House is just soo delicious!! And great people working there we loved everybody ... this made it a special place for us :) Thank you!

It would have been nice to have had access to fresh drinking water in reception to fill up water bottles. The host at the entrance to the hotel and restaurant could have been more welcoming. When we arrived and were waiting for our room she reminded us that we should have checked in with her first before sitting down! Maybe she was just having a bad few days!

The location was excellent and the duty managers were extremely helpful. The roof top area was exceptional and had great views. The room was very clean.

The towels had seen better days and the hairdryer was useless. Water cost $6!

The location was perfect. The staff were fabulous - friendly and professional and went out of their way to make sure we were having a lovely holiday. The room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. Food was good. Having a sunbed and sunshade on the beach was a great bonus.

Pool only 85 to 90 cm deep (2ft 9 to 3 ft) Not easy to swim. ‘Partial sea view’ was rather generous description

Corner Room with partial ocean view - Loved watching the sunrise from the balcony in the morning. Staff were amazing Beach towels provided Easy walking distance to everything ... and the restaurant is just fabulous... brunch to die for!! Well recommended

-Just a few minor maintenance issues (elevator, automatic lighting in the bathroom was not reliable, etc.) -Minor organisational hiccups (Reception desk is a bit too "online") -The bar should be open an hour longer

Location was great, relatively quiet, close to the beach. The whole ambience is cool and friendly. Rooftop pool area is super cosy and welcoming.

. - Shower temperature hard to gage - Room service is misleading, more of a take out and brought to your room (plastic utensils, had to request plates and non plastic cutleries)

Huge room with a massive and very comfy bed, great linen and memory foam pillows, one of the best nights’ sleep I’ve had in a hotel. Loved our balcony for a morning coffee in the sun. Great rooftop space, with cool design and comfy seats. Great location near the beach and lots of good bars and restaurants.

A touch tired in places (carpet tiles in the corridor upstairs could do with replacing) but minor niggles.

Very nicely decorated property in a great location in south beach. Large rooms, nice bar / restaurant, and good value for money for this area of Miami.

The shower door was uncomfortable to open. The black out shade didn’t close all the way.

Our shower in room 2 leaked terribly onto the bathroom floor. The lights flickered, something wrong there. Please put soap in bathroom near the pool.

Loved the location, so close to the beach and that chairs and umbrella were included. Loved the pool area. Lovely staff and great outdoor dining. Loved how big our room was with plenty of room for our things.

When we were trying to leave for our flight, the elevator wasn’t working and nobody to help. We had to take luggage from the third floor to catch our Uber ride.
