Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of Americalot of construction going on around the area, so workmen trucks took up a lot of the regular parking. we have an electric car and had asked if they had a charger on site, which they did. and this was one of the reasons that we had chosen this place. it was our intention to charge the car overnight for our trip home the next day. we plugged it into the charger, but unfortunately the charging failed because the units needed to be reset by staff. so we had to take an hour the next morning to find a supercharger site and sit there while it charged up.
location was good. breakfast was a little weak. bedding was spectacular. heated floor in the bathroom was very nice and tub with bath salts was very inviting. great porch with comfy chairs overlooking the pool area.

Friendly front desk staff. Easy check in. Room was lovely. Grounds are beautiful. Enjoyed the pool/spa, and firepit area

United States of AmericaUnfortunately, early each and every morning there was remodeling being done directly below us. I was woken up to hammering, drilling, heavy objects being moved around, etc. But, I was notified ahead of time about what to expect, so there was great transparency and communication displayed by the staff of the property.
The location was beautiful. That might have been my most favorite part of the stay. The atmosphere really set the tone for my vacation and let me know that I was in California.

United Arab EmiratesA little bit out of town but did exactly what i wanted! Be careful, you maybe there to drink wine. Red wine and that bed are dangerous. Worth the money! Thank you!
The best bed I have slept in for a long time! Room was a very nice place to be, bathroom was nicely appointed. The Italian place next door was great! Free parking on site with plenty of spaces.

United States of AmericaThe hotel was under construction while we were there so there were no indoor facilities for breakfast. However they had a lovely assortment of carry and go breakfast food set up outside with coffee and iced water. The staff was very friendly and our room was beautiful. We were on the first level with a patio overlooking a vineyard. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. A gas fireplace, coffee bar with fridge and microwave were great additions to the room

United States of AmericaMore options for breakfast items. Wine nites should last longer and incorporate more wines with food pairings (salami's, cheeses etc)
Perfect place to stay if you're trying to get away and get some peace and quiet. I recommend the view with the vineyards. Can't beat that view when you wake up.

United States of AmericaMy only concern was I’ve asked for some covered strawberries on arrival. Bc it was our anniversary. However, it wasn’t there when we arrived. And when they brought it over the chocolate covered was still wet and not dry at all. It was kinda disappointed. Bc it was pretty pricey.
I love our room with the view. It was beautiful and clean.

United States of AmericaMy only complaint is related to the continental breakfast. I appreciate the breakfast; however, the space was crowded and most of the food was gone when we arrived just before 9:00am both mornings. The serving space (where food and coffee were) is simply not big enough to accommodate more than a few bleary-eyed guests, let alone the 10-15 adults and kids who were there. The service staff was working her tail off to accommodate everyone - I felt bad she didn’t seem to have another set of hands to help.
The Senza continues to be my go-to spot when I’m visiting Napa Valley. It’s close enough to the main road, while also feeling secluded and private. The grounds were under construction while we were there, but we were still able to enjoy the covered fire pit over by the vineyard. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and felt luxurious. The bathroom even had heated floors! That was a very nice touch given it was so chilly and rainy outside for more of our stay. As always, every staff member was warm and welcoming to us.

Very private location but central to fabulous restaurants and wineries. Small bed and breakfast feel with luxury amenities! The buffet breakfast was wonderful each morning, and offered with mimosas. Wine tastings offered in the evenings that were fun and interesting. The rooms and grounds were excellent for a very relaxing stay. Senza will be our go-to stay for our next visit!
