No rack to hang clothes, floor tiles has glue oozing out and dried up, floors were dirty (white socks or bare feet would get almost black), no soap in room yet shampoo was provided, coffee and cups but no coffee maker, ice container had no lid.

The pillows were flat and could use updating. I had noisy neighbors which kept me up the 1st night I stayed there, but I know that can't be avoided sometimes. The room was overall clean, but had a smell upon entering and I'm not sure what that was so I used some air freshner that I went out and bought.

The room was not pricey which is always a plus. The staff member on duty when I checked in was super nice and friendly. Very good at her job. The location was perfect as it was close to my job and other amenities.

Every room most definitely needs all of the curtains replaced as well as the pillows, new blankets and needs proper bed spreads or something. Blankets are not washed between guests, only the sheets are and they put the blankets under the sheets.... The pool wasn't filled in June or July during the hottest summer in our history, it was painted this year and wasn't filled or anything until a week before their corporate license inspection the last week of July and as of today Aug 3 still isn't open. And last yr they only had it open 1 month before they closed it. The rooms are rather dirty feeling and looking but honestly that's 88.8% of the property maintenance man's fault for the condition of the room's. Every room needs to be fully painted, not only are the colors that of a prison cell; but their dirty , scuffed up, chipped and every inch of the white baseboards and door trim looks like it's gray and filthy as well as hasn't been painted in at least 10yrs or more. Most of the chalking around my tub is missing and what little is left is stained with mildew because water gets behind it as well as all of the chalking around the bathroom floor is peeling off or mostly gone. The bathroom ceiling is peeling and has water damage, there's no towel bars or hooks to hang towels or even a shelf. And the toilet is loose from the floor. Also both the floor lamp and the table lamp in the room have shorts and you have to wiggle them just right to get them to stay on. As well as there's absolutely nowhere to hang clothes or any shelves or storage for your clothes or food while you're staying at the hotel. And trust me if you talk to the maintenance guy around the front staff he's nice and he's the best.

Overall the front desk staff are pleasant and the remaining housekeeping are very welcoming and friendly. The new mattresses are extremely comfortable especially considering I have chronic back and spinal issues. Steven who recently became General Manager is working hard at making sure it's a safe comfortable temporary extended stay location for families in a emergency situation and ridding it of the unwanted troubles of the past. As well as a comfortable experience with extended stay for visiting travel workers and general public. All while the rates remain affordable. It's also one of the best and welcoming Pet friendly Hotel/Motel locations I've ever stayed at, with really the only big rule of leashes required while outside of your private room. And no poop in the courtyard area's. And all employees are also pet friendly.

The only thing that did not meet a good grade was the cleanliness of the room. The room was not dirty it just needed a good good cleaning windows needed cleaning really bad around the windows needed to clean and really bad walls could have used a good washing but besides from that everything was all right would have been nice if the pool was open

Breakfast bar was all right, and the location was good access off of highway 70 in a nice clean part of town, all in all with the discount that we got from Priceline it was all good. The only thing that we found needed attention was the cleanliness of the room it wasn't dirty but it just needed a good good cleaning. We would definitely stay again q

The outside stairs were dirty. The woodwork in our room was dirty.

It was pretty clean, beds we’re comfortable, bathroom was clean. The breakfast area was clean and had several different foods to eat. The staff was super friendly and very helpful.

This isn't an indoor hotel, meaning u walk from outside right into your room. The gap/spacing left when room door is closed had me on edge. Leaves blew in ... a snake could get in. I didn't like that at all. Also there were drafts in the bathroom.

For what it was, the price was great!
