I did not like the fact that their pool wasn't up and running yet. Their vending machine area was lacking and their prices were very high! We were there from Friday to Monday and our room was not cleaned. Nor was the trash taken out. They did bring in extra towels and wash clothes on Saturday while we were out. The towels were left on table just inside the door. They were in a clear bag, lots of them. Any other hotel I have used cleaned room daily or at least asked if we needed anything done in room. Trash should have gone out daily and wet or used towels should have been collected daily!

The rooms were very big and their location is great. The grandkids loved the little ice cream shop that is next door. It was very easy to find and the surrounding area has lots if places to go and things to do. The employees I spoke/delt with were very friendly and extremely helpful.

The shower /tub in the bathroom did not drain right. When I tried to see if I could remove the plug the middle portion came out. There's a spot behind the TV where The plug-in was out of the wall. On the left hand side of the bed in room 215 there were no visible plugins. I had to use a plug-in beside the front door to charge my phone and watch. The jetted tub was slow draining and when other people were draining their tubs you could hear them draining through the tub. The pillows were small and lumpy. The bed on the left hand side had springs sticking up. Also, we did not have any cups in our room. The top of the refrigerator needed to be cleaned.

I loved that it had a trail going all the way from one side of the building to the other (I used it to walk and get my steps). I liked that I had a huge jetted tub in my room. I caught one of the housekeepers and asked for towels and she was super nice and gave me a couple towels. Well it was. It was okay I mean

The continental breakfast was horrible. It was limited because it was the offseason. We didn't know that when we booked. It was granola bars, fruit, juice, and coffee. Also, I brought disinfectant wipes after reading the Google reviews.

One thing is that they advertise microwaves. The rooms do not have microwaves. If you want to warm up food you’ll have to take it to the lobby. The upgraded room is basically the same room with a jacuzzi tub, which we paid an additional $25/night for. The furniture is very worn and EVERYTHING is dusty and dinged up. The floors also need a good mopping since they are not carpet. The door on our room did not close snug. If you need quiet to sleep this is not the place…you will literally hear everything! Water running, people talking or coming up the stairs, laundry being run by the cleaning staff, I could even hear my neighbors using the bathroom! The walls are paper thin. For the price it’s what it is. If you want luxury…this is not it.

This was your standard motel. Its location is about 6 mins away from most of the main attractions.

The floors were gross and the beds had crumbs in them. No bugs, but the people that stayed next to us were loud almost all night, and with two kids that was unpleasant.
