You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaOne of the beds in our place definitely hadn't been remade after the last visitors- there were crumbs, and the topsheet was crumpled at the bottom of the bed. The sheets on another bed didn't look clean. There was no garbage bag in the bin or anywhere else to be found, so we had to get one from the front desk. Also wish the pool/hottub stayed open later than 10pm on weekends. Last thing-- no breakfast available on premises, so bring something.
Great community amenities with multiple nice pools, hot tubs, large firepits, lawn activities, etc. The place itself was also nicely decorated and comfortable. A bit of a drive but not too far if you're planning to be out or downtown all day.

United States of AmericaThe cleanliness was subpar. I contacted staff. Requested refund of cleaning deposit as there was mold in the bathroom, dishes were dirty, etc . Place just wasn't clean like it should be considering we had to pay over $200 for cleaning.

United States of AmericaReceptionist gave us the keys to the wrong unit. After the issue was corrected the proper unit had no heating in the bedroom and the temperature fell down to 51F at night. There was no functioning electrical outlets in the kitchen so we had to boil the water in the bathroom. Fortunately there was a water leak in the bathroom in the morning so they have assigned us a new and much better unit. The manager for that rental property was very helpful and accommodating, and was trying everything possible to make our trip to be worthwhile. On the other hand the initial unit should have been vetted for all the problems before going into rental market.

United States of AmericaI didn’t like the room, all the carpets were old and dirty. The bed cover made me an allergic attack. The bathroom had a whole filled with mold in the roof and no ventilation at all. I tried to make an egg in the pan and was so old that everything stuck in. Honestly? I won’t came back to this room.

United States of AmericaThey definitely need to wash the comforters more, the one in the bedroom had stains on it. It wouldn't hurt to take a carpet cleaner to the rugs either, there were stains on the carpet in the kitchen and the one in the room had stains all over it.
I love that the resort has so many amenities and even a dining option.
