Have two front desk people or another person on property to help on weekends. Had to wait over a half hour to talk to the front desk lady even after I already reserved a room due to some other guest having a bad experience because they were property manager and maintenance man at their own apartment complex. Kept threatening to call code on the clerk. They were horrible people. Dude said he attempted to fix the outlet then made up that it was a gfci after the desk clerk questioned him fixing it. I wish the desk clerk knew the whole wall he was talking about in the room that doesn't have a gfci outlet. So now you got idiots messing with electrical outlets because he's " maintenance man". Might want to call an actual electrician and have them look at the rooms. That really ruined the stay for me.

The room was clean and the location was good because you're not jammed in the middle of traffic. Beds were clean and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was good. The front desk lady was nice when I finally spoke to her. Very professional.

The ac unit in room 228 was not working, only the fan would turn on, but as it was kinda cool outside it was not that bad in the room, but when we had first arrived, it was kinda warm in the room. We could not cool it off, unless we left the door open.

Bed jacked 2.5" higher @ foot than head. Hadda improvise/switch ends, which put t.v. @ back of our heads. IDK why it is this way( no controls found to lower foot-end)

I got an email the morning that we were checking in saying they were going to cancel 2 of my 3 rooms because I don’t keep extra money in the account that I used to hold the rooms so they were only able to get payment for 1 room. I had to leave Dollywood & go back to my car to get a credit card for them to charge the other 2 rooms to. I thought pay at the property meant you could pay when you got there.

The beds & pillows were very comfortable. They provided shampoo, conditioner & body wash in dispensers on the shower wall.

House keeping came in our room everyday to clean, even if we had the do not disturb on the door. When we arrived I waited 5 minutes while the lady finished her personal phone call on her cell phone.

The breakfast was not good. Only cereal milk orange juice and coffee. You could make your own waffles. I was expecting a little more out of the breakfast for the price of the room. The pictures online were not what it really was in person.

Cleaning needs to be looks at a lot stronger. Found empty cigarette packs and lighters in the room and there was profanity on the walls inside the elevator. I notified staff and the next day it was still there not covered or anything

The parking was horrible. The room itself was really dated. The carpet in front of the sink area was all worn out with holes. It was slightly musty smelling. Online it says I booked 2 queen beds but they were more like a full size bed and really uncomfortable. The parking lot is really small and if you are out too late you possibly might not have parking on your way back. Breakfast was just cereal and waffles.

The staff was friendly. The location was great. It was very quiet.

Not many breakfast options, the juice machine was down. I asked about a laundry and fitness area they told me they didn’t have one. Parking was ok. The room and service was disappointing, i had trash piling up, no toilet paper had to go buy my own. I asked if some can clean my room and no one came the entire time. Didn’t get fresh towels either I had to go to the laundry mat to clean my hotel towels. My kids didn’t want to take a bath in the tub bc it looks disgusting. Nothing was wiped down and hairs everywhere. Was disappointing I said something about it and the staff was rude, they said that’s the one I booked nothing I can do. I would like a refund or if anything a partial.

Wa a told while booking I could pay when I arrived and when I got there they charged my card for 1 night I paid for the other night in cash they made me put up a 150 dollar cash security deposit check in clerk was not helpful did not bother to tell me that if I paid with the card I would not have to pay the security deposit

it was a super convenient area and seemed quiet and peaceful unlike some other noisy hotels, even though there seemed to be quite a few people staying there
