The first room that they gave us was smelling bad and the key was not working well. We asked to change our room, they changed it to better, but there was only refrigerator, no freezer. The first room didn’t have the hangers, but the second room had a little bit hangers.

It was close to everything you need for shopping.

Someone was sleeping in their car outside my room. Microwave didn't work properly. Fridge froze everything. Sheets didn't stay on bed. Floor hadn't been moped, feet were black from walking on it.

Lack of room cleaning between days of stay

The room had damage but was pretty clean although there was no cleaning of the room between the days we stayed

Room was not what I considered clean. Tons of dirt on flooring and bugs crawled out of microwave. The room also could use some new drawers and a better finish to make the room look good.

Plenty of space to park. Great spot as it is located near tons of entertainment spots and restaurants. Got refilled on towels and other utilities.

No Telephone, no hairdryer (Booking: Hair dryer in room), no curtains so it was not very dark in the room during the night caused by a ligth in front of the room. Several problems with noises from smoke detector and toilet.

The room had multiple problems that needed repairing, for example the door lock, air conditioning, television, toilet, lights, etc. It was very loud on some days until the early morning from some of the long-term guests.

I had to wait over 15 minutes when I arrived in order to check in as the office was locked with a sign saying the employee was out doing security work. Once she returned, she checked me in and gave me my room key card. I went to the room but the key card did not open the door. I went right back to the office to get help with this but it was locked with that sign on the door again. Another 10 minutes. When she returned she made me a working key card. This hotel needs to have a front desk person AT the front desk during check in times! Hire a part timer to do security walks while the office is supposed to be open. Once we got into the room it smelled very musty even with the AC on. There were little pieces of trash on the bathroom floor by where the door closes. The furniture needs refinishing as the surfaces were all scratched up and had quite a bit of finish missing. More importantly, there were two things I consider dangerous. The bathtub was extremely slippery and the smoke detector was missing. It had been removed from its base on the wall.

Staff was unavailable and the facility had no ice machine trays. The soda machine took my money and they gave me a hot replacement. Only 1 towel and washcloth for a week stay

it’s old and rundown the pool or laundry could not be used. no sheets change in two weeks only cleaned and refreshed towels once.

Old furniture made it feel out dated. Shower head could be changed to a more particular one (more shower settings). We had to request more towels bc ONLY has 2 towels (one for that day) but not enough for the following check-out day.

The room had some broken light switches and missing lightbulbs. The shower took a while to warm up and the light outside showed right through the large blinds. There were no curtains so the room stayed bright making it hard to sleep. The lady at the front desk had a paper for me to sign saying no pets, no smoking, and that they could put a hold on my card for the deposit. The sign out front and the advertisement on booking.com said no deposit which I brought up to her and she admitted it so I didn't sign it. However, I feel I might have been charged a deposit had I not noticed that. Lastly the staff said checkout is at 11 am but front staff aren't in until 10am so prior checkout guests should leave their room card in the metal lock box out front. The box top wasn't locked so you could take anything out. So I recorded putting mine in there on my phone.

The location was relatively close to disney. Bed was clean Ac worked.

I didn’t like the set up of the room found things in the refrigerator from the previous customer which shows that the staff isn’t cleaning properly the sink had No running water i also didn’t like that the rooms i saw online was not the same in person

Don't expect what you see online. Most of the staff was friendly and they upgraded are room for reasons I won't say. I would say for the price I would stay there again for sure
